Loading ...From what I know the dollar going up is not just a local thing it’s replaced gold as a safe haven thing. Like in WW11 people moved money go Switzerland. They also caused a freeze here once people buying stocks from Europe then wanting to redeem it in gold. Then the Euro trouble more buying it,
I guess like Japan buying and selling it.
Now with interest rates moving another move up. Powell said there will be pain and he wants to bring wages down. Like that’s going to help the real reason, Them!!! and the spending borrowing and printing. It’s all brain dead politics.
It isn’t going to stop energy or food cost or even bring housing down that much. Not like 08 I heard. Just cost jobs when so many are a pay check away from being homeless.
