Poor wife try’s Wanka cries. Lol try peanut butter or a good dose but not overwhelming  of peppermint. The peppermint will probably work and when the upper respiratory stuff comes around it will help you breath easier.

That is a key if it makes you feel better and heathy it probably is but watch your acid base balance. Since your still eating grains your probably alright. Fibers such as some grains and esp fruits vegetables also pull toxins out of the intestine and helps cut down in even things like meats hanging around and bowel problems.

Ps Sometimes with diet extremes you can see what people are gonna get next. From heart attacks to cancer. Sometimes it can be comical like my daughter in law or someone I know last week opened her diet package she ordered and there was a bunch of little and I mean little plastic containers not even a cup full of each. Well she said this is my protein this is my rice or potatoes etc that’s all I get. Guess the same idea shrinking the stomach. Actually the only true belly fat shrinker. Excess calories esp empty calories ie chips French fries beer not used turns to fat and likes to hang around the belly.

That diet isn’t healthy for many. Eskamos could pribably gen away with it but the get a lot of Onega 3. Probably like the low carb diet trying to get rid of carbs. Your body needs carbs and will go after carbs first and when none with go after protein and that could be dangerous because muscle it protein plus the body needs to be balanced between what’s acidic like the proteins yang and alkaline yin foods. Bodies pro yang like most men why they crave the opposite like pie and ice cream. But also demand the yang meats etc. a diet without enough yin or alkaline can set your system up to be too acidic.

It is the opposite. wheat belly diet does not want you to have grains period. Not even gluten free or brown rice or any whole grain products. Macrobiotic diet is about 50% whole grains whereas Wheat Belly diet is as close to 0%, as you can get. My own view on this leans to Wheat Belly but, whole grains are ok, depending on the time of day you eat them and your general level of activity.

These diabetic diets

Posted by goldielocks @ 13:00 on October 26, 2014

People think diet means starving OMG is that all I get how will I survive! Diet just really means things you eat. When people go on these diets they are hungry until their stomach shrinks. People have to keep in mind that if people are very active or do harder labor like farmers and other physical fields including weight training they can get away with more calories and protein which I think usual recommendations is 28g without extra exercise.

My daughter in law when pregnant got what they call gestational diabetes being diabetic while pregnant. Being about half Anerican Indian more prone to it. They gave her a diet she adhered to then in frustration called me and said 8 grapes!!! All the fruit I can have is 8 grapes and my blood sugar still up!!. Well after awhile of that she threw that out went back to her regular diet but by then she was used to eating less and ate same foods as before which is pretty heathy anyways almost vegetarian so I concentrated on protein and iron her blood sugar returned to normal. She said the diet they put her on was higher in sugar than hers.

It isn’t exactly the opposite of a macrobiotic diet. They use things like brown rice. I mentioned the sugars in other foods but to get around wheat that seems to be a culprit even though has protein ” whole wheat” fiber etc you can substitute for other grains gluten free and hopefully GMO free. Also add more organic vegetables. Some use cinnamon but found out that too much of that can harm the liver.  Key would be cut down on the sugars and be more moderate instead of supersized. If you deviate off it like that apple pie with ice cream substitute it for something else at the dinner table which means cutting your dinner plate in half. Not to do all the time because your just trading empty calories for real nutrients.  Other idea have one of those pro town low fat wheat grass or greens drink for lunch. People are also eating dinner later now with moms away and habits form so these calories aren’t burnt before you go to sleep.

I know what you mean by “help”! There are so many opinions and protocols out there.

For myself, the trick is to listen to the body – what works for one might not work for another.

When I went wheat-free I noticed a difference within 3 days. No matter what anyone says, they will never convince me to eat wheat again. Going the next step to grain-free brought more changes within 2 weeks.

When Dr Davis’s “wheat belly” book first came out I thought it would just be another fad. But after reading the results people were having, and experiencing them myself, I realised this is no fad. When people feel better, there’s no going back.

That’s what they want you to do is give up. What people don’t know is that if you fight it and appeal any decision and I’m sure she kept her books it will cost them more  and the way things are going those who are familiar with the process should conduct seminars and write books on it and would probably do well.

You don’t have to suffer with your green grass drink. You don’t have to drink it all at once. You can add a little bit with your meals like adding small amounts to OJ in the morning or on oatmeal or what ever. If you chose get get it over with all at once you can and some substitute this for a meal be breakfast for lunch make it with things like blueberries strawberrys bananas or fruits of choice. Between that and adding milk or almond milk low in fat or lactose free type and if you like peanut butter or almond paste you can add these to your drinks and with some like blueberries or strawberrys you won’t see the green nor taste it. There are different ingredients you can use organic products and it can still taste good. If you need to gain weight you can use it as a supplement or after recuperating from something. Doesn’t have to be something you hold your nose to drink or what usually happens people stop and forget about it. Beside wheat grass there’s other things you can add like greens like fresh spinach or vegs of choice. Between all the ingredients you can get a total meal from it and why it can be substituted for one.

The most important gold chart of the year=price to book value of 32 major producers with over $ one bill mkt cap=time to buy

Posted by Richard640 @ 12:03 on October 26, 2014

By Laurynas Vegys, Research Analyst

Gold stocks staged spring and summer rallies this year, but haven’t able to sustain the momentum. Many have sold off sharply in recent weeks, along with gold. That makes this a good time to examine the book value of gold equities; are they objectively cheap now, or not?

By way of reminder, a price-to-book-value ratio (P/BV) shows the stock price in relation to the company’s book value, which is the theoretical value of a company’s assets minus liabilities. A stock is considered cheap when it’s trading at a historically low P/BV, and undervalued when it’s trading below book value. From the perspective of an investor, low price-to-book multiples imply opportunityand a margin of safety from potential declines in price.

We analyzed the book values of all publicly traded primary gold producers with a market cap of $1 billion or more. The final list comprised 32 companies. We then charted book values from January 2, 2007 through last Thursday, October 15. Here’s what we found.

At the current 1.20 times book value, gold stocks aren’t as cheap as they were when we ran the numbers in June, 2013, successfully pinpointing the all-time low of 0.91 (the turning point before the period in gray). Of course, that P/BV is hard to beat: it was one of the lowest values ever. And while the stocks not quite as cheap now, the valuation multiple still lingers close to its historical bottom. Remember, we’re talking about senior mining companies here—producers with real assets and cash flow selling for close to their book values.

In short, yes, gold stocks are objectively selling cheaply.

I’m sure since govs appear to be the same parasitic see only in black and white type people  they too want a fiat controlled environment just not in US fiat for all the trouble they’re causing world side tracking their ” their” dollars.  Problem with these career politicians, after awhile they become” territorial” and think they own the country and everything in it. They probably believe that based on their actions and some of their comments like Hitler-y ” People don’t create jobs Gov does” and She wants our money because She knows better what to do with it than those dumb people. Like launder it into her account and leave us the debt?

as far as gold I think it’s away to bolster their own fiat has nothing to do with the people but probably more a fiat war or escape from the territorial actions of the petro dollar.

Law Lets I.R.S. Seize Accounts on Suspicion, No Crime Required

ARNOLDS PARK, Iowa — For almost 40 years, Carole Hinders has dished out Mexican specialties at her modest cash-only restaurant. For just as long, she deposited the earnings at a small bank branch a block away — until last year, when two tax agents knocked on her door and informed her that they had seized her checking account, almost $33,000.

The Internal Revenue Service agents did not accuse Ms. Hinders of money laundering or cheating on her taxes — in fact, she has not been charged with any crime. Instead, the money was seized solely because she had deposited less than $10,000 at a time, which they viewed as an attempt to avoid triggering a required government report.

“How can this happen?” Ms. Hinders said in a recent interview. “Who takes your money before they prove that you’ve done anything wrong with it?”

The federal government does.

Using a law designed to catch drug traffickers, racketeers and terrorists by tracking their cash, the government has gone after run-of-the-mill business owners and wage earners without so much as an allegation that they have committed serious crimes. The government can take the money without ever filing a criminal complaint, and the owners are left to prove they are innocent. Many give up.

On the occasions that I use MMS I have found a piece of candy cane a great help. Right after swallowing the (shudder) mixture and before you take your first breath shove that piece of candy in your mouth and give it a good sucking. This helps diminish the after taste quite a bit. I imagine you are familiar with this …

I’m a believer in MMS … I know it has helped me in the past.

Thanks Portugeezer. If anyone has some time today.

This film was made in 2001. Right now there are only 2 surviving cast members left. Mary Ann (75 yo) and Ginger (79 yo). Very interesting the hold this TV show had. The original pilot was shot in Hawaii on November 22, 1963 (strange but true).

Goldie – I certainly understand the desire in the west for continued fiat dominance and ultimately digital dominance. What I’m not sure about is whether the BRICS want the same. If so, what does that actually mean for pm’s and why would China and Russia be accumulating so much gold?

Friendly reminder, Harvey Organ’s prediction of financial collapse and $10K gold is only two months away. I believe Rob Kirby is in a similar camp. Just sayin’ 🙂

many thanks Richard640 @ 7:22

I’ll see how the raw and juicing goes, with bits of fish or chicken along side for variety.

Diabetics might find this interesting:

An open letter to Tom Hanks: Don’t be diabetic!

Tom Hanks announced on the David Letterman Show that he was diagnosed with diabetes after many years of struggles with blood sugar. All the news media have captured the story; here’s the USA Today story.

Mr. Hanks seems like a genuinely nice guy. So here is my open letter to him. Should he stumble on it, it provides the blueprint that I have been using to get rid of diabetes, a very realistic prospect for most people with diabetes–if they choose to do it and stick to it.

pgr2.45–Raw foods and juicing are excellent and a great path to good health-but if u get

Posted by Richard640 @ 7:22 on October 26, 2014

tired of that u might consider complex carbs–whole grains [not flour products like whole wheat bread or spelt]–but eating whole cereal grains and beans–and vegetables…hulled/whole barley–not pearled barley–is especially good for diabetics–i cup barley/8 cups water– u could flavor your food chines, indian, a la japanese etc  If u want any advice on this u can contact me and we can talk–but if what u r doing works, just keep it up….

please google “MMS”

I certainly enjoy all the discussion about health matters; have learned a lot reading on this forum and also watched the 11-part “truth about cancer”. Thanks to everyone for all the good discussion.

Had never heard of  MMS before so had to google the term, and what I found prompted me to post this. Near the top of the search was this link: http://www.sott.net/article/213275-MMS-Miracle-Mineral-Solution-or-Trojan-Horse-Your-Body-and-DNA-Decide

That’s about all I need or want to know about MMS. I urge anyone new to the topic to do their own research.

My better-living journey started in earnest in 2009 when I realised that my job was likely going to kill me, so I “retired”, thinking I would do part-time or seasonal work to fill the gaps. Before long I realised that I didn’t HAVE to work; that the bit about needing a million bucks to retire is bs propaganda from the mutual fund companies. In 2011 I tried going wheat-free, then soon after went grain-free.

Sugar has always been my weakness, and although cutting out all the pastries and bread eliminated a lot of sugar, I was still getting too much. Recently a check-up revealed that I’m “prediabetic” and Doc said, “you don’t need meds yet, but you CERTAINLY will in the future”. Well, I’m going to prove him wrong; have cut out ALL sugar and most cooked food, and am now at least 75% eating just raw and juiced foods.

Damn, I miss those 7-11 coffees … and all this month they’ve had a sign out front: “$1 coffee – any size”.

Oh the sacrifices one has to make:(
