I just read how one apt in another state was sold and the new owner unjustifiably and IMO criminally raised the price from under 600 a month to 1600. A disabled couple who between them only made a couple thousand a month that was manageable prior to the miscreant gangs and inutile’s coming in and exploiting the price we’re selling personal belongings to buy food until they could move.

The share price takes a real clobbering. Building and operating a mine is much more risky than selling the deposit to a major and collecting a nice premium. Hopefully they still get bought out.
