Yes Goldie, and that was exactly Kathy Wood’s point as well this am. The US economy is a big ship and once it gets started in either direction, it’s tough to speed back up or slow back down. Gundlach’s point was that they might want to slow down the magnitude of hikes and see how much damage they’ve done.

I think they’ve done a lot and the slowdown is intensifying.

Between the Fed and the Demos we have a disaster brewing. Are they going to bring mortgage and rental prices back down? Are they going to say oh that’s too inflationary everyone lower your prices. Maybe it is a move to “ you’ll own nothing since people like blackcock and others are buying up land and property,

Metals up 1%. Shares strong premarket. I knew I should have picked up some GFI yesterday just under 8, but didn’t pull the trigger and am watching it up 3% this am.

I’m guessing all commodities are on the move, oil up, Bitcoin up 7%. RIO and BHP up over 5% this am. Missed those too.
