The delay is as a result of Asante’s Independent Directors continued due diligence re the announced acquisition of the Kubi project in Ghana. This due diligence is pertinent to the resumption of trading and to receiving final regulatory approval.
I am currently in Ghana assisting to “push” along the process.
Of course once you get into governmental responses – one can’t be guaranteed timing,… however I personally don’t expect undue delays!
I am the largest shareholder in Asante…and share your concerns re getting the shares trading!!
