Sorry, I don’t know the dude. The url is there if you want to pass it along to him.

On the other law suit, I completely agree. Unless it is class action and the actual investors are compensated it is nothing but a commission paid to the government to allow the thievery to continue.

“Regulators around the world have been tightening the screws on the global banks”

Posted by Ororeef @ 21:07 on November 27, 2014

really ?  WHERE  WERE  THEY  to start with ?  I’ll believe it when citizens get the “FINE” money  and not the shared co-conspirators …not until then !

Billions in “FINES”  is for WHO ?  Show me the MONEY !

Why not a Class action suit ?

Posted by Ororeef @ 20:53 on November 27, 2014

and what is needed is for the Private citizens who are the real victims to get some compensation ..This business of Fines is nothing but a Gubberment conspiracy to share the LOOT ….They turn their heads while one steals and then they fine them is nothing more than being a co conspirator. The Government should not be

Profiteering against its own citizens.!   WE are wise to that ! WE want compensation to those that were harmed not to Politicians who laugh at the Game of getting someone else to do the stealing while they get to spend the “FINE “money and say we “punished those crooks”.

Pick a period of time and all those that brokers records that show they held precious metals should get  compensation because they WERE harmed, and dont give us that bull that its impossible to identify them because its not !.    Even if I don’t get anything it would stop the conspiracy between the Crooks and Government politicians and put some credability to the rule of LAW.

Well, it’s a start!!

Goldman Sachs, HSBC, BASF sued in first US metals price manipulation case

Published time: November 26, 2014 14:09

Platinum bars (Reuters / Michael Dalder)

Four major global firms are to appear in a New York court accused of manipulating platinum and palladium prices for eight years. The law suit is the first of its kind in US history.

Those accused include units of Goldman Sachs Group, the world’s biggest global investment bank, HSBC Holdings, Europe’s largest bank by market value, the metals unit of BASF SE (BAS) ), the world’s largest chemical company, and Standard Bank Group from South Africa, the world’s largest producer of platinum and second largest producer of palladium after Russia.

The plaintiffs claim the manipulations of precious metals prices, which is believed to have started in 2007, have cost purchasers millions of dollars, Reuters reports.

The companies have been sued for using insider information about client purchases and sale orders to profit from slight movements in the price of platinum group metals, be they used for jewelry or for industrial use, such as the production of automotive catalytic converters, fuel cells, etc.

The illegal sharing of customers’ data enabled the banks to undertake a “front-running” price manipulation, with the help of fabricating “spoof” orders, which is claimed violates US antitrust and commodities laws.

The suit was filed in the Manhattan Federal Court on Tuesday by Modern Settings LLC, a Florida-based maker of jewelry and police badges. All four defendant companies refused to comment on the issue.

Last year BASF’s metal unit generated €2.36 billion ($2.95 billion) revenue in precious metals trading, according to Reuters.

Regulators around the world have been tightening the screws on the global banks over the manipulation with some of benchmark rates, such as rates on the foreign exchange markets and the inter-bank London Interbank Offered Rate (LIBOR).

In spring 2014 the Swiss regulator became the first to confirm it had uncovered illegal currency rate rigging by world’s leading financial organizations, Goldman Sachs, and HSBC included.

By November the world’s biggest banks had agreed to pay out $4.3 billion to settle an investigation into their alleged rigging of foreign exchange rates.

Smart Dutch

Posted by Ororeef @ 18:57 on November 27, 2014

Do ya know why the Dutch got their GOLD back ?

They just got the Plane wreckage back from Ukraine and they were offered a DEAL…Keep your mouth shut about who shot down the Plane and we will give you All your Gold back  !    They took it because telling what their investigators find will be a disaster for the U.S. and they got our GOLD.

Our poor Dutch citizens can’t be brought back ,but at least we can give them some compensation for the loss of their  loved ones.

I can almost guarantee the plane wreckage will bear no information as to who was at fault except that it was a high velocity impact that everybody already knows. So why not confirm what they know anyway and not look like the Dutch are covering up something.

We get our Gold back : we cant bring any victims back so why not take the deal.?

Floridagold – well Happy Thanksgiving to you too!

6K year bubble has to be a first. Timely article with oil getting crushed and of course G & S following.

One of two things are coming either the BRICS are ready to back their currencies with pm’s OR war is about to begin starting in Ukraine because Putin has had it with Wall Street manipulation of oil or maybe both.

I’m at the point where I hope he destroys us economically by backing his currency and destroying the criminals on Wall Street.

Starting with the author of that Citi article.

Happy thanksgiving and I agree. Then men don’t usually have to make the pies or cook the bird or tend to the 100 other things through the day. We have time to sit here all day and read don’t ya know. If they shot the bird  they figure that’s good enough.

So here’s something for you to read silverngold from live from the Oasis.

Charlie’s Thanksgiving Prayer

Ol’ Charlie Walker is out on the trail
when Thanksgivin’ Day comes around.
He’s got no potatoes or turkey and gravy,
and his table is just the hard ground.

He’d gone to the mountains to bring down the cows,
and it’s takin’ more time than he’d thought.
The snowstorm is somethin’ he hadn’t planned for,
so he’s glad for what grub that he’s brought.

Charlie says, “Well, I can like it, or not,
I can offer up thanks any where.
But it’s Thanksgiving Day, so I might as well like it.
So saying, he started this prayer.

“Dear Lord, I thank you for my darlin’ wife,
I tell you, you picked quite a looker.
And she’s been my helper, and give me her love,
no matter the places I’ve took her.

“We really feel blessed with the sons that you’ve give us.
We’ve raised them the best that we could.
They’re all of ’em grown now, and out on their own.
Your blessings on them, if y’would.

“Our grandchildren, too–my goodness, bless them!
The world will soon be in their hands.
But I know with your help, they’ll all do just fine,
whatever the future demands.

“The herd that we’ve got aint’ much this year,
but they’re healthy as they can be.
I’m thankful for that, and I give thanks too,
for the health that you’ve given to me.

“Oh yeah, the horses! Why without them two,
I wouldn’t get anythin’ done.
With their sense of humor, and all of their tricks,
things wouldn’t be nearly as fun.

Old Charlie is still thinkin’ thoughts of his folks,
as he shakes out some feed for ‘is friends.
He builds him a shelter of sagebrush and rocks
on a hill where a small river bends.

He makes sure the animals all are okay,
takes his bedroll then, and lays down.
Ain’t long ’till he’s dreamin’ about his dear wife,
dressed up in her white wedding gown.

Charlie hears the notes of the Wedding March.
The snow continues to fall.
His breathing gets slower, and he doesn’t move.
Now, he hears nothin’ at all.

His three sons gather around where he lays,
each one of ’em callin’ his name.
The youngest, Bucky, says, “Wouldn’t you know?
Every year it’s exactly the same.”

The middle one, Dave, says, “I guess it’s the food.
makes ‘im fall asleep in ‘is chair.
He’s probably dreamin’ he’s out on the range,
on ‘is favorite dapple-gray mare.”

“I dunno,” says Bucky. “Did anyone notice,
he was hummin’ a song just now?”
Dave says, “He prolly was singin’ to sleep
his horses, or maybe a cow.”

Charlie wakes and stretches and says, “Where’s the snow?”
Son, Gary, says, “Just in your dreams.”
“Why, I guess it was,” Charlie says, and grins.
“Life ain’t, sometimes, how it seems.”

“Pumpkin pie is ready!” his wife calls out.
Then asks, “Charlie, where have you been?”
“Just sayin’ thanks for m’blessin’s,” he says.
“All that’s left t’say now is…Amen.”

Different things resonate with each of us because we are all on our own personal life’s journey. Some of us choose to be mushrooms (kept in the dark and fed a lot of shit), and some of us choose to expose the truth as we see it and take the beatings for doing so. Sometimes it can be very disheartening when we find so many non believers, especially in such things as chemtrails (geo-engineering) that are so obviously right there before all our eyes, but then those non believers are on their own personal journey too, so I guess it is not our place to criticize if they choose not to open their minds to the real realities and the possible possibilities.

Thanks for your comments, and all the best.                Silverngold

thBill Donohue comments on last night’s Christmas episode of “Tosh.0″ on Comedy Central:

Host Daniel Tosh opened a segment, “Beef Baby Jesus,” by explaining that in a previous episode viewers were encouraged to tweet using the hashtag #beefbaby. Tosh then showed a clip on how the “beef baby” was made using meat, human feces, and semen. Tosh then wrapped the “beef baby” in swaddling clothes and laid him in a manger.

Here is a transcript of his remarks:

A few weeks ago this show made hashtag #beefbaby the number one trending topic in the world. That’s not a big deal, Twitter is meaningless. And when I told the network that we were doing a Christmas episode they insisted that I show everyone how the beef baby was born. And I thought it was a little controversial, but hey, they’re the boss.

Here’s what you’ll need if you want to make your own beef baby at home. You take a quarter pound of beef [shows raw meat] and two sticks of steamy hot fudge [shows an up close video of a person defecating] and put it in a very obscure device called a uterine box. Then top it off with a batch of fresh squeezed glaze [a man is shown masturbating—the penis is censored]. Combine all the ingredients, and out comes a perfectly formed miracle beef baby [a clump of meat that looks like a fetus is shown]. Look at that beef baby—such a beautiful beef baby. Don’t forget to wrap that beef baby in swaddling clothes, before laying him in a manger [a piece of fabric is wrapped around the beef baby and it’s superimposed into a nativity scene].

We have men and women in the armed forces fighting for our freedoms this Thanksgiving, but what they are not fighting for is the right to abuse those freedoms. Let’s be clear about this: The depraved executives at Comedy Central who authorized this frontal assault on Christians did not exercise their First Amendment right—they perverted it.

No wonder many Muslims look at the way we interpret freedom and wind up hating us. It is the likes of Comedy Central that fuels the animus.

Rabbit Holes & the 9 Signs

Posted by islandgold @ 12:22 on November 27, 2014

Hi SilverGold

The Rabbit Hole video was very good in that it very quickly went through and tied together a lot of material … I pretty much agree with most of it…any one of those pieces one could take on, explore and start to root out the deeper truths hidden on this planet…  i.e. …  Underground bases in the US… well the day before 9/11 when Rumsfeld stated there is about 2 trillion dollars of military black budget unaccounted for …. 2 trillion dollars!!!  I would suspect a chunk of that went to underground base/tunnel development/secret space & weapons development,,,,etc.

With respect to the Archon/Drac/Rep… there is a lot of truth there as well…  Humanity needs to wake up and realize the ‘unseen’ universe in much more vast/real… then the seen…  In a very small sense, people are riddled with organic & non organic alien implants that affect all aspects of our health… emotional/mental/physical/spiritual…  These beings living in a frequency resonance just beyond our ability to see can easily mess with our own human and earth energy fields (and do)… and they do control most of humanity…  albeit… I strongly believe the tide is now changing in some very radical ways where true freedom/sovereignty will come to be in future generations…  (Here the holographic template/architecture on which Earth’s physical reality is based is being repaired/rehabilitated !!! This is exciting…)

Finally… for those who do have a sense of connectedness to their inner life…  those 9 truths are… well… truths…  I’ve experienced most of them!!

Happy thanksgiving to all our American Friends,

Thank you for your inspirational “9 Signs” post. Very fitting for this special day.  And  “yes”, I did find myself there.

Regarding flying by the Navy over the Olympic Peninsula, I did read about it in a very detailed article which I believe was in the Seattle paper.  It was probably 3-4 months ago.

9 Signs You’ve Found Your Calling

How can you tell if you’ve found your calling? As a doctor who was called to medicine at a young age but then wound up disillusioned by the system, questioning my calling, I’ve asked myself this question a lot. It’s been a long strange trip—first leaving medicine, then feeling called back, then leaving again only to find my role in healing our broken health care system as a writer, speaker, revolutionary, and teacher of physicians.

Along the way, I’ve learned a few things about how to know whether you’re on the right track.

1. You’ll realize you’ve been training for your calling since the moment you were born.

Even the gritty things, the disappointments, the regrets, and the screw ups, they were all prepping you for what you’re now being called to do. You’ll realize that the divorce, the bankruptcy, the death of your loved one, the failure, the rejection—it was just school, teaching you the lessons your soul needed to learn in order to be who you’re being called to be.

2. Mystical things will start happening.

You might be tempted to write them off as coincidences, only they’re too perfect, too exactly-what-you-need in that particular moment, too much like miracles to call them accidents. The synchronicities will fill you with a sense of wonder, because they’re proof positive that you’re being guided, that you’re not in this alone, that Someone is moving mountains to ensure that your mission is a success.

3. When you get off course, you’ll get redirected.

Doors you longed to walk through will slam shut. If you take the wrong fork in the road, your path will be littered with barbed wire and mustard gas and dragons and sharp knives lining the path. You’ll get the hint that you’ve made a wrong turn, steering yourself off course from your date with destiny, when the journey becomes a relentless struggle. The deal will fall through. The money will run out. The mentor who’s been providing the magical gifts won’t follow you onto the wrong path. People won’t sign up. You’ll be rerouted just as magically as you were steered to your calling in the first place.

4. You’ll be guided by ease, even in the face of obstacles.

When you find yourself struggling to get through an obstacle-ridden forest, it can be hard to tell: is your commitment just being tested, or have you veered off course? Obstacles can be part of the growth process, the cultivation of your inner hero, a necessary part of your hero’s journey. But they can also be signs that you’ve made a wrong turn. How can you tell the difference? The guidepost you can trust is a sense of movement towards ease. If the challenges are mounting, things are getting worse, one hard struggle is piling upon the other, you’ve probably gotten seduced off-course from your true calling, and the Universe is just waiting patiently, twiddling Divine thumbs because you have free will, but never giving up faith that you’ll find your way back to your calling, which will always lead you to your own holy grail. When you’re back on track, things start to flow again.

5. Magical mentors will appear just in the nick of time.

Just when you need it most, the right people will show up, with just the tools you’ll need to support you and your journey in an almost mystical way.

6. Your health is likely to improve.

A strange but welcome side effect of finding your calling is that your health is likely to improve. You may notice fewer cravings for unhealthy foods, you’ll have more energy for moving your body, aches and pains that used to plague you might disappear, you’ll feel less tired, and chronic illnesses you may be battling may start to get better.

Take Andy Mackie, for example. At 59 years old, Andy Mackie had undergone nine heart surgeries and was taking 15 medications to try to keep him alive, but the medicines left him feeling horrible, so one day, he told his doctors he wanted to stop the drugs. They told him if he did, he’d die within a year, so Andy decided if he was dying, he wanted to do something he’d always wanted to do.

So he took the money he would’ve spent on his medications and used it to buy 300 harmonicas, and he gave them away to children, complete with harmonica lessons. The following month, he was still alive, so he bought another 300 harmonicas. Thirteen years and 20,000 harmonicas later, Andy Mackie finally passed away.

7.You may feel strangely peaceful, even when you have every reason to be anxious.

Everyone around you will likely think you’re crazy. A part of you will agree with them. But a wise inner knowing, that part of you I call your Inner Pilot Light, will be so comforted by the fact that you’re finally on the path to your purpose that you may feel unusually calm—until your rational mind kicks in.

Our souls long to express what we’re here on this earth to express, and when you finally fall into alignment with your calling, your soul does a little happy dance.  It may appear as if everything else in your life is falling apart, but you’ll have this sense of peace, a huge relief, that at least- finally—you know what you’re called to do.

8. The Universe will roll out the red carpet.

When what you’re being called to do is what is needed for the highest good of all beings, the Universe will bend over backwards to hand you whatever you need on a silver platter. No request is too small. A copywriter may volunteer to help you just when you were thinking you needed to write a sales page. Someone will donate a printer when it’s time print a flyer. You’ll feel so supported, so lucky, that you’ll know you’re on track, even if you’re not quite clear what you’re on track to do.

9. Your people will find you.

Few can fulfill a calling alone. Most of us need a tribe to lift us up as we do brave, scary, world-changing things. But don’t worry. When you’re really on purpose, your people will find you, if only you’re courageous enough to be vulnerable about what you’re being called to do.

Do Any Of These Sound Familiar?

Have you found your calling? Or are you still looking for it? If you’ve found your calling, YEAH! The world needs you! Blessings to you on your hero’s journey.
