Where are all the Bottom Callers-LOL

I remember in 2000 Gata saying the cartel would run out of gold by 2004. Now Chris Powell says this could go on for decades.   Lets say they have 100 tons of gold and they just keep selling it back and forth among themselves and everybody else has to settle in cash.  Theoretically they could do this forever. I don’t believe they can, however, because when you keep tightening the screws eventually something breaks.
