Well, 15 years was worth the wait ……..
The 2000 Bordeaux Vintage was fine on both banks, and all price categories.
I was stunned that a $30 dollar bottle of wine aged so well and REWARDED me for the patience in the cellar.
I drove down the cottage last night on a “solo mission” with one of the dogs, taking some tools and fall cleanup supplies. I got my work done and opened up a 2000 Bordeaux, to accompany some seared scallop risotto
