My notes from the interview – just the highlights; he gave lots of explanation and qualifications in the duration.

> gold and silver lower into 2015
> gold is a hedge against gov’t not inflation
> Sept 30, 2015 looking like start of a world wide recession
> gold: (now 1216) targets are 1150; 875-915; 650-675
> silver: (now 17.90) another 30% down = 12.50
> dow: (now 17,280) to mid 20k range then a correction in 2016
> commodities in general weak into early 2016
> usd: (now 84.90) will go higher
> interest rates: as stock market continues higher, US is going to have to raise rates. In Europe after 2016 rates are going to take off to the ceiling.

History repeats, they supported the rebels when Russia was fighting them and looked what happened, they the Taliban turned on us as well as the problems they caused there and apparently haven’t stopped. If they do get out they should at this point causing problems being in middle and shouldn’t get the Christians out of there.

my slabbed coins are so beautiful. The plastic is pure too, so clear. The grading means everything to me, I love brilliant super duper shiny coins with cool labels. I always like getting my homework “graded” in school. what a joke. Numismatists are even better, because they’re collectibles and can’t be confiscated. Another bold face half truth

Let people fight it out first. When it finally spreads and comes over here, then we kick azz. But don’t waste the time and energy attempting to eradicate something that’s not controllable. Know your limits USA

Why are we there at all ?

Posted by Ororeef @ 16:02 on September 21, 2014

It seems to me if the US has an abundance of Nat Gas,plenty of Oil in the Dakotas and texas, Louisiana, and a friendly resource rich neighbour to the North, and Electric Cars taking increase %,Solar Power the same.

Why dont we simply leave the Mid East and let the Sunni and Shiite do their thing until the last man standing is alone.Europe and Russia can get together for Nat Gas &Oil and leave the Mid East too.Japan will always be our partner and a link to Asia. Why not let Russia and Assad deal with the Mid EAST crazies.

We should be friends with Russia Germany and all of Europe! Russia is better able to deal with the Muslim countries. They don’t have this crazy notion about democracy in the mid east.

What is this nonsense that the US must remove dictators from the Mid East when they are the only stabilizing force in the area ? As long as Theocracy is the rule over there ,what is this nonsense about democracy .? They will never have separation of church and state and that is totally incompatible with democracy.

It was a mistake to take out Saddam and Mubarak and its a mistake to take out the Assad regime..The muslins are still in the 12th Century !

Everybody wants freedom, but they forget the 1st freedom is the freedom of choice. The Pilgrims came here for religious freedom ..that’s where freedom starts.

I cant think of a single Muslim country that allows religious freedom !WE should supply ALL the GUNS that every mid east country wants give everybody an AK and let them sort it out without us.Surely somebody will emerge that will realize that their religion is the only obstacle to freedom they have.

I am not anti Religion, many people have a need for guidance and morality ,even in America .The problem is Theocracy means absolute power and absolute corruption !They all want to become GODS.

Power hungry politicians have always wanted to become GODS ,going back to the Pharaohs.Nothing has changed in 5000 years.

There was talk about Obama being the black messiah ,same bullshit from Power hungry Politicians. The Romans had Caesar who they tried to make a GOD of him. No Gods in Government .! Managers only need apply ! The Founding Fathers got it right the First time and they have been under assault ever since !

Samb’s PM roadmap

I have been bearish since the early June-mid July rally was capped at only six weeks up. That is not a natural cycle and I gave it 2 weeks to go back up…it didn’t and I hedged in SLW puts which were sold last Friday. Now, I am looking for a bottom to re-enter in calls. The calls in June gave me 120% and the puts thereafter even better.

That was then and this is now. The primary caution  in Gold that I have left is the ever closing NEM gap. So, another smack down Mon and or Tues would not surprise me. Silver however, is already there and should be at or very near the bottom.

So, we may see a bit more near term weakness with a REVERSAL UP by the end of the week. Powder still dry but ready to pounce.

I like the idea of PSLV .. thanks for reminding me of this one. I know lots of sheops were bad-mouthing this one when the premium was bouncing around 30%.

Ann Landers Bancroft Barnhardt would blast me for trusting accounts represented by zeroes and ones, but glumpys in the potato patch aren’t worry-free either.

It’s amazing. The US Mint publicly announced that their is no such thing as First Strike, as their inventory is co mingled. Yet, the grading companies kept on grading First Strike designations.

Many thanks again, wanka.

Just learning here .. I didn’t know any of that!

What to buy, what to buy .. so many bargains.

The way gold/silver ratio popped last week, I should likely be looking at silver right now.

Central Fund of Canada (CEF) is now at over 8% discount.

If we don’t buy now, then when.

Nope, I don’t mind at all .. thanks for the response .. all input welcome.

So I guess the best deal is equal weight for less dollars .. which is likely a bar/wafer.

But shouldn’t the 5-nine bring a slightly higher premium than a 4-nine?

Thanks for the response.

I guess I was expecting something like “credit card packaging” as shown here.

Is this “howling wolf” considered to be numismatic?

(now at BorderGold for C$1392 plus ship&ins – spot gold is C$1338)

The 5-nine howling wolf at C$1392 is a better deal than a 4-nine maple at C$1385 .. iThinkso:)

the gila, a big river? for the west, yes.  it’s one of the major tributaries of the colorado, which it joins near yuma.  it would be even bigger if it weren’t tapped for water to irrigate much of the agriculture in southern arizona, and municipal water for the cities of phoenix and yuma.  the pic with the coffee making, however, was taken near the headwaters in the gila wilderness, where it’s just a mountain stream.  fish?  you betcha!  it’s popular among new mexico trout fishermen.  this year it benefits from a relatively wet summer.

Is that river very big? Any fish in it? The bananas were tempting but with crazy work schedules I can get sometimes extreme like three  16 hr plus a 24 hr squeezed in a 5 day week that extremes will probably never do again  and summer extremes they might not get watered in time. One bad day here in summer can kill plants. Plus am at cross roads where I’m going next in next few year. They are a healthy food you can add in so many things and good to have around in summers for the potassium.

I’ve never seen bullion coins which were “slabbed” and labeled.” In my neck of the woods, in my experience only numismatic coins are slabbed. All the others come with just a coin flip or nekkid.

Military Plant In East Ukraine Devastated By Massive Explosion; Kiev Accuses Russia Of Using Tactial Nuke

Last night’s headlines crowed in bright red flashing text that Russia and Ukraine had (once again) agreed a cease-fire and terms over the borders between the two nations. Perhaps not surprisingly, mere hours later, Ukraine is claiming that Russia has broken the truce… with the use of a tactical nuclear weapon at Luhansk airport. This comes on the heels of claims by the pro-Russia separatists that Kiev forces destroyed a massive military plant in Donetsk. Russia’s defense ministry flatly denies the ‘nuclear strikes’ adding that “no reasonable person will take them seriously.” This truce-breaking action has once again raised calls among Ukrainians for the nation to get its nuclear status back; something Russia is clearly strongly against.

Super-rich rush to buy ‘Italian Job’ style gold bars

Posted by Buygold @ 9:34 on September 21, 2014

The super-rich are looking to protect their wealth through buying record numbers of “Italian job” style gold bars, according to bullion experts.

The number of 12.5kg gold bars being bought by wealthy customers has increased 243pc so far this year, when compared to the same period last year, said Rob Halliday-Stein founder of BullionByPost.

“These gold bars are usually stored in the vaults of central banks and are the same ones you see in the film ‘The Italian Job’,” added David Cousins, bullion executive from London based ATS Bullion.

The bars which are made from pure gold and are worth more than £300,000 each at today’s prices of $1,223 (£760) an ounce.
