down another 2%. PM’s aren’t alone in the commodity sector that’s for sure. Wheat, Soybeans, Corn all getting crushed this year.

Western States Cat in our area has put on a hiring freeze. Best guess is that orders for heavy equipment have fallen off a cliff, probably due in large part to farmers getting crushed by the falling prices.

Ipso – OK, we’ll see what happens in a few months.8f0d7d16

I will NOT state it on this blog as a matter of principle

Armstrong see’s 5000 gold .. but the turning date for gold is part of his products for a price….any one privy to that information on turning date?,  is Armstrong not making it public because of his deep principle’s… and  has a report for 900 bucks on gold.  Which should/maybe  settle the gold matter.

OceanaGold confirms unsuccessful Alacer approaches

ERTH (miningweekly.com) – Dual-listed gold miner OceanaGold on Friday confirmed that it had made several attempts to gain control of fellow gold miner Alacer Gold.

Responding to market speculation, OceanaGold told shareholders that since February this year, the company had made a number of approaches to Turkey-focused Alacer, seeking to explore the merits of a potential business combination.

However, Alacer has to date withstood the approaches, saying it was interested in neither a business combination, nor mutual information exchange with OceanaGold.

Alacer, in turn, told its shareholders that although approached from time to time by third parties, the company had no current intention of pursuing a corporate transaction.

Both companies confirmed that they were not currently in any discussions.

Alacer owns an 80% shareholding in the Çöpler mine, in eastern Turkey, which produced 271 063 oz of gold during 2013. During the next year, the project was forecast to produce between 160 000 oz and 180 000 oz of attributable ounces.

ASX- and TSX-listed OceanaGold owns gold-producing projects in New Zealand and the Philippines, and recorded production of 147 399 oz of gold and 11 185 t of copper in the first half of 2014

I believe in Shanghai they have all the rotten apples from the west playing, Goldman, JPM, HSBC, etc. The hope that Shanghai was going to start dictating price for us is fading pretty fast.

SLV now has an RSI of 19.43, most things would be due for a bounce, but I dunno.

So if the Scots voted no, why is the British pound down?

And if the Chinese bourse is open, why is paper gold still determining price? Enquiring minds would like to know!

Imo nothing is as dangerous as the activists say it is. I used to play with mercury when I was a kid. I used to wipe paint off my hands with lacquer thinner on rags, Even asbestoses is not dangerous. Unless you work in an asbestos mine with no mask. Or arsenic.

I’ve heard of people putting arsenic in their spouses food and it takes a long time to kill them. The modern machinery they have these days could detect 1 part per billion of anything anywhere. Our own bodies have copper magnesium selenium etc if they look for it.

TPTB simply built up the danger info decades ago to create new types of jobs, to over ride loss effects of globalization, and make people more sympathetic to shutting down factories, and moving them to China et al.

I believe, since 2008, TPTB are moving away from that old agenda. Laying off Environment employees etc. Not entirely of course, but I see hints. They have to stop curtailing production wealth creating business activity to rebuild the economy.

amals @ 23:02 Well of Course It’s My Fault….

Posted by Farmboy @ 9:26 on September 19, 2014

listen, being my fault goes back a long, long, way. There I was sitting on my lily pad when Eve came over and asked, ” Think it would be alright if I ate this apple’?  I said, ” Let me take a look at it.” After a minute or so I told her I didn’t see any worm holes, bruises, or rotten areas, in fact, it looked like a really fresh piece of fruit. Guess one of the best looking apples I ever did see. And knowing it was organic and all I told her to go ahead and enjoy her find from the Garden. Well, if that didn’t set off a few thousand years of disaster.

Listen, everything is my fault but lets keep that a little secret between me and thee shall we ? Obama gets wind of this and he is liable to cut Bush down from the whipping post and shackle me to it. Can hear it now from the Master of Lies, Obama, ” I have called this press conference from the 13th hole today to let you all know….It’s Farmboy’s Fault !!

Well, sticks and stones can break the bones, but Obama puffing hot air aint gonna hurt me.

Have a great day amal, Best, Farmboy

I agree that sometimes things can go to far either way. Things seem to swing either too far to right or left with each side not willing to meet somewhere in the middle. I’m not against industrial personally but I think they should be more responsible for the environment. Years ago people weren’t aware of some of the harmful effects of things around them. If they did they probably would have been alarmed and took more precautions. Mercury for instance was used commonly for different things including in streams with gold prospecting. The effects are still there and the fish that frequent those streams carry mercury in their bodies today. I was alarmed about one particular river, the Kern River I used to pull trout out of very casually for breakfast and when ever I felt like getting one. Found they have it too. It’s around where I am too which got people into catch release but I’m not into putting a living thing through that for sport. The Salmon have a little better chance cuz they only come back once to die and are going to die anyway. Right now we have radiation pouring into the ocean and after years still going in. That’s  not acceptable or responsible. Be can’t be so domesticated type animal that thinks they don’t need the environment to live while they are in their own little world.  The majority of the air we breath is manufactured in the Ocean if the creatures that live there are not enough for some to be concerned about. There has to be responsibility and accountability to those who are negligent in that responsibility. It takes people like green peace to make people aware of that because if they don’t who will. It is also their right under freedom if speech to speak their mind. If people wish to ignore them that’s one thing but to charge them with some BS false charges in some effort to shut them up is something else. Because things swing to these degrees if they get away with it what will they do next which is criminal in itself. Their the criminals for doing it.
