Can someone (WANKA?) tell me how to do this:
I have a stock certificate owned by me & my wife JT TEN. We are getting divorced, and she will sign it over to me. Then I want to transfer it to my broker Scottrade.
Now you have to get the signature(s) guaranteed by a “guarantor institution”. Can my wife take it to a bank, sign it, have it guaranteed, then return it to me — then I do the same, and then take it to Scottrade?
Or do we both have to appear together at a guarantor institution? (that would be a little complicated)

Short term anything can happen, but IMO long term they (PM’s) are on an absolute set course toward an exact PO. Unfortunately we don’t have their playbook. IMO we have one year or a little more for the HUI to be more than 4 times what it is today.
So far, it looks like the mining share buyers are saying to Spot Gold, we don’t care what your phony price is…We’re leaving with or without you.
HUI looks like it has potential to breakout BUT it is doomed to fail until these metals get moving higher.

Winedoc thanks, wish I could say the same for all Doctors but your one of the exceptions. You can actually talk to the patients but unbeknownst to them can leave a track record if their possible health concerns at times just through their personalitys. I use it in kids all the time a game to them, me too but assessment at same time.
