Whole Foods….my families experience

Over the past year or so my family has switched to as much all natural foods as possible. That includes 4%MF yogurt, butter, extra virgin cold pressed olive oil, coconut cooking oil, whole milk, organic (garden)veggies and fruits, and home grown beef among other things. Also cut out as much sugar and “sweets” as possible, and try to avoid ALL GMO’s but without labeling that is very difficult. Also eliminated ALL fast foods. The results have been remarkable. The entire family has had a burst of energy and enthusiasm. Extra fat on the body stored in the wrong places, like around the waist, is gradually disappearing without any thought to dieting. My blood pressure, which has been high for 40 years, has now returned to normal, but I believe that has a lot to do with adding Chia, which is loaded with Omega 3 and 6, to my diet about 6 months ago.

One of the greatest things I have noticed is that the family in general seems to be much happier and healthier. Two teenage daughters especially are more cooperative and less argumentative, and ditto for the wife who now runs 4 miles daily and works her 12 hour shifts as a ICU RN, plays vollyball and soccer, etc etc. My own energy level is also much increased as I’ve cut, split, loaded, hauled, unloaded and stacked 13 cords of wood this past couple months, where in years past I was lucky to find the energy to put up the 4-5 cords we burn annually.

All I can say is you have nothing to lose by giving it a try, and you will certainly begin to see an increase in energy and vitality in the coming weeks and months. At least I sure did.   Silverngold
