Has Anybody Noticed The Dead Silence On Gun Control?? A News Black Out? Its About Time, Isn’t It?

Posted by Mr.Copper @ 19:14 on November 8, 2022

Ever since the Gun Control Act of 1968, their media spread constant lies, misinformation and disinformation on Guns and Gun owners instead of telling the truth, (guns are not the problem) and TPTB should have been blaming all mentally defected kids and adults that they created, the lunatics, the illegal drug gangs and the open southern border.

Too many normal people finally know guns are not a problem, and politicians that ask for more gun control look very dumb and stupid. I think Al Gore lost an election years ago on account of that. Meanwhile, some bad people stab people, drive their cars thru a parade of people and some of these whackos push innocent woman in front of a subway train. But the idiots don’t come up with any legislation for that, and never bad mouth them. Only “Gun Violence”, no “Crazy people violence”

“Democrats are haunted by political fears on the issue of gun control, making the party reluctant to completely stick its neck out on moves such as banning assault weapons.

More than 20 years after restrictions on guns were blamed in part on Al Gore’s loss in the 2000 presidential race, many Democrats still worry that being too aggressive on gun control could hurt the party’s candidates in purple states and House districts.”

Most Democrats want to take some kind of action on gun control after the latest mass shootings in Buffalo, N.Y., and Uvalde, Texas. But others are wary in part because of past elections lost, including Gore’s and the 2014 midterms.

“Democrats have been conditioned to view guns as a third-rail issue that works against them politically,” said Democratic strategist Joel Payne. “If you are a Democrat in a purple or Republican-leaning area, there is very little political incentive for you to go out on the ledge on guns.”

Still, an assault weapons ban would be considered dead on arrival in the Senate even if it were to pass the House.

Haunted Democrats fear gun control measures could cost them in midterms
