I think i figured it out

For a horse it’s 91 mcg per pound.  For us 68.

So for the pounds (horse) marked on this plunger, I will use 68/91 (.75) x lbs.

So, it has mark for 250 lbs…..if I weighed  250, I would estimate a setting for .75×250 or 187.5 pounds.

And adjust to less for my body weight of 150.

150/250. X 187.5 = 112.5 lbs.

I know this calculation could be done in different ways, but I am confident with this.
