I fear that few in the West and virtually none of it’s so called leaders have any idea as to what to do, because we are talking of almost haveing to resurrect the Crusades. That is so far outside their mind sets, they are going to have one hell of a time  trying to come to terms with it……..meanwhile ISIS conquests may continue.

One only has to see the howling mob that has gone ape over the Israeli’s  rightful  treatment of Hamas, to see how screwed up we are.

Just another example of the pure evil side of this gov to fund a group  like them instead of funding defense against them for their own personal agendas as to these bitter old people the future or life of others have no meaning. I just hope enough people are aware and vote the Hitler-y’s out of office although deserve a investigation for aiding abetting crimes against humanity. As long as these career crimex can have the power to cause trouble like this they will. Or should I say atrocities.

I imagine Nato or the equivalent is going to have to go in and give support to the Iraqi’s. Ground troops I don’t know. ISIS is like a fast growing cancer and needs to be cut out.

WMDs in Iraq

Posted by ipso facto @ 15:14 on August 8, 2014

When we went into Iraq the second time we were going after the so called weapons of mass destruction. We never found any … there probably never was any, it was just an excuse to invade.

Now after all that’s happened, I think it’s reasonable to call ISIS a WMD. So now there IS WMDs in Iraq.

Ipso US beginning to go after Isis are bombing now

Posted by goldielocks @ 15:11 on August 8, 2014

Ironic how they find these Stone Age hostiles then go after them. Like some sort of poor game of psychology. One to create the trouble by funding them probably letting them think their in control then pretend to care about the trouble they cause by funding it.

I play a sick game with myself on days like this, I’ll go off surfing the web for a while, or do something else and then guess where the Hui is and always call it down a few ticks from where I last saw it and 90 % of the time am right.

As Buygold says, it’s the never ending tap tap dn that the Algo’s maintain, to always depress sentiment….still how can one not be long despite the silly games that the scum play.

Tdys  action is pure insanity, but the World has gone insane, we are pissing off Vlad and wondering what to do about ISIS, when Vlad is just the sort of person to deal with them, unlike some limp wristed bien pensant, like Obummer or Camamoron.

Mr.Copper @ 12:36 Eye On Natural Gas

Posted by Farmboy @ 13:37 on August 8, 2014

Something to keep an eye on.  Been keeping an eye on the weekly gas rebuild in readiness for winter. So far, this year’s rebuild appears to be lower than the five year average. A possible good trade in the works I think. And from the long term weather reports I have seen we are to have a colder than normal winter. Could be good for the gas longs this winter. We’ll see.

It was just a bad dream…..so it’s party time folks everything is wonderful after all.

I have no idea when this ends, but I know that it has been going on since @ ’87 when Green span “rescued” the Stock mkt and it was certainly going on during the 1 st Gulf war in ’90, as Oil prices fell apart the night of the invasion….which at the time seemed insane.

So tdys action is just more of the same, sell all safe havens and buy all risk, when ever the situation turns grave……but back then hardly anyone commented on the strange mkt action……Tdys action may well cause a torrent of criticism.

Don’t worry I haven’t forgotten about the USA. The invasion of Iraq was a disaster for us as well.

I think gold’s a buy today–anybody thinking of buying?–the fact that gold gave up

Posted by Richard640 @ 12:49 on August 8, 2014

gains doesn’t bother me–what I like is that they can’t get it down much-I think the geo-political situation in the middle east and Russia will only get worse and will be too hard to ignore—and I do NOT think gold will crash if stocks do-like in 2008–1st of all, EVERYbody knows about the rig today–2nd of all,  the debt and derivatives problems are so much more serious now then in 2008—as hard as that is to believe…of course this is just my best guess….DYODD

gartman finally admits gold manipulation

The Gartman Letter

Regarding gold, of course it is strong: War is in the air and when war is in the air gold goes bid. What else can gold do? Capital is fleeing to the safe corners of the world, and when that happens it flees to gold. So we begin our discussion this morning noting this simple fact.

We note secondly that this shall be an important day for gold and for gold’s future, for whoever or whatever has been the seller of gold on Fridays in recent days, weeks, and months cannot allow gold to trade upward through $1,325 and certainly it cannot allow gold to trade upward through $1,350 for that would send an inflationary fright through all other markets in all other places.

Hence — and let’s call this group The Force — The Force will have to work very hard today to defend its authority. The question shall be: Will it?

The Force has already lost one very important battle: it has lost the battle at E975/oz., with gold trading now at or near E982 and with the truly psychologically and technically important E1,000/oz. level only just a bit ahead.

Once E1,000 is taken out — and we think that it shall be, if not today, then next week if the geopolitical events unwind as badly as we fear they might — then there is nothing that stems the advance until E1,100, noting that the peak for gold in euro terms was E1,350 back in late 2012.

@Traders, Is It Finally Time To Go Long Nat gas???

re part: “What a disaster for the Iraqi people that we ever went in there.”

You forgot a couple of other points, all our soldiers that were scarified, and all that big waste of our tax dollars. The gov’t could have gave each US citizen a very nice grant instead, or lower taxes.

US & Japan to develop fuel-cell powered sub

Posted by ipso facto @ 11:29 on August 8, 2014

Japan and the United States are looking to develop a submarine to be powered by a fuel-cell. The joint venture will be able to see the vessel be submerged for up to a month without the need for recharging.

The boat will be unmanned and 10 meters (33 feet) in length, according to AFP, which cited the Japanese daily Yomiuri Shimbun. The submarine would be used for patrolling the seas around Japan looking for any potential threats. It is set to be a purely reconnaissance sub, with no torpedoes or other weapons on board.

The advantages of a fuel-cell powered submarine are numerous. Firstly they can stay underwater for large amounts of time, without having to refuel, while they are environmentally friendly, unlike a nuclear sub, from which toxic waste has to be disposed of.

The project will cost Japan around $25 million over the next five years, to try and develop the fuel cell, according to Yomiuri. Fuel cells cleanly and efficiently convert chemical energy from hydrogen-rich fuels into electrical power and usable high quality heat in an electrochemical process that is virtually absent of pollutants.
