Loading ...Sometimes too some drugs like antidepressants can help you relax which then helps the medicine work. But then, sometimes not.
Sometimes it helps when you had a doctor like you did needing anti depressants.
Leaving you that way 5 years then not doing it right.
I’m surprised they didn’t start you on something like a muscle relaxant like Flexeril first you can even take as needed instead of everyday depending before that but I don’t know the severity.
So yeah, Your right in being on pain meds after awhile your body won’t manufacture your own to help deal with pain… also mood including depression. It’s not just psyche it’s chemical or physical. Dang drug pushers lol On the other end of that some just cut them off leaving them with no alternative or got addicted while on it and didn’t put them on something like a methadone program especially if still in chronic pain.
