I’ve identified some of those symptoms too but aren’t the same. Like getting away to the mountains and it was like I blacked out, fell asleep next thing you know it’s 5 am compared to struggling to sleep straight hours sometimes in the city. All that WiFi everywhere. Went back to make sure it wasn’t a coincidence and same thing happened. Didn’t even remember falling asleep woke up at 5 am. Strange coincidence.
