What we do to our body’s. That only happened to me once. What was hard was it messes up your clock. I found something although your retired though a niece into coaching for weight loss. I don’t need weight loss but tried pre workout vitamin powder. It works better than coffee but good to time it early in your day and no side effects like that. I mix it with post work out vitamins focused on electrolytes to prevent dehydration. Because of all the vitamins you don’t need to eat or I didn’t but won’t stop you. Just bad about taking stuff. Thanks for reminding me.
