Spent the last four days in Panama City Florida. Sunny, near 80’s, and calm Gulf waters…and the fishing is pretty darn good too.

Had such a good time I booked the condo for all of next week. So…I need to squeeze the trading account for a few extra dollars to pay for more fishing time. Anyone know which side of this crazy PM market I should take this week? I am having trouble getting my mind to get back off the beach and into trading mode. And the lack of the boat captain’s cup of heavy duty diesel scented coffee aint helping.

These are not easy times in which to invest because there are so many variable inputs bearing down on outcomes. I speak to dozens of highly-sophisitcated investors every day and I can tell you that they have never felt richer because of their 401K’s and RRSP’s all at record highs while in Canada real estate prices in the major centres of Toronto and Vancouver are in “bubble territory” further enhancing the private wealth effect. And yet, despite all of this financial rapture, to a man and woman, they tell me that they have never been more nervous, agitated, and uncertain as to how to invest their money and again, in Canada, how to protect themselves from a real estate collapse. These are not the kinds of conditions that mark the early stages of a sustained price rise in ANYTHING let alone housing and stocks. Nobody is talking about shortages in silver and everbody is now an expert on the supply of zinc. Nobody is looking for a gold explorer and everyone is long infrastructure stocks. In other words, silver at 33% of the seven-year highs is preferable to zinc at 100% of the seven-year highs and both silver and zinc are preferable to the S&P500 with a Case-Shiller P/E at the third-highest reading in history.

Sell/Buy Ratio: The insider Sell/Buy ratio is calculated by dividing the total insider sales in a given week by total insider purchases that week. The adjusted ratio for last week dropped to 19.31. In other words, insiders sold more than 19 times as much stock as they purchased. The Sell/Buy ratio this week compares favorably with the prior week, when the ratio stood at 30.87.

I usually don’t pay too much interest into those things although the universe interest me. In you case when you say this house or that you explain what it means in a way it makes sense. Your also aware that even though something is the same or not like your mentioning out of orbit so peace didn’t stop the revolution. There’s different ways of looking at things or looking into them and who knows what else what going on at that time. We know one thing, they got tired of getting ruled and taxed by a foreign country like today. lol .. but not funny. Now we know how they felt. If they were mad then with one country I could imagine they’d be up in arms with our Gov today and the Muz run UN.
Also the earth is always changing not just with the tectonic plates moving the continents but other things like the rotation of the earth is slowing while last heard years ago the moving planets are speeding up through space. I want to look more into that because of it continues to slow there’s gonna be problems. That could actually cause global warming if the days grew longer and longer while on the side of the sun getting hot and other side cold as it gets longer and longer as well as the slowing would cause changes with the ocean as gravity changes as well as air in some areas. Coastal areas could expand in some places and others go under water. Politicians will still be trying to make money off it and maybe go extinct :). As it continues to slow growing food could be difficult and more land under water. I want to study it more to leave behind like a map lol But will have to coordinate it with other things like moving continents because the places predicted may not be where their at now. At first people will have to move one place then later another sort of thing as it continues to change as it continues to slow.
If the earth continues to slow perhaps that could be the end even before the sun burns out.
The pull causing the tilt from the concentration of water Im guessing from the ocean I don’t remember mention of so guessing that would change.
It would be a time having gold would just be probably worthless vs skills, tools, some tec like to stay warm or desalinate water without power but you can though evaporation anyways even using sandwich wrap, and seeds. They have an amazing 3D feature that’s more advance than it has been in the past. Many larger cities have been captured by LIDAR and the detail is quite amazing. Eagle Eye and I were blown away that you can study and see all kinds of stuff you’d never believe. So go check it out. Not this bridge in particular, but worth looking at. Denver has been scanned.

Yep the Fed  claims they don’t speculate base their decisions on numbers. Numbers that don’t even include real inflation like food, utilities, housing. Yet that’s exactly what their doing, speculating. Speculating wages will go up so that’s a reason to start raising interest rates. Until the house comes tumbling down best to speculate yourself on the outcome and invest or not accordingly. One thing is clear it’s not about americans first. It’s about bankers, debt, special interest, golbal interests, and spending other people money as the dominos fall. Just more of their speculation on how to come out on top with the mess and debt they created for us.

Rising wages are the excuse for raising interest rates  ..say what ? ??????    I though the Trump objective was to do just that !  Raise US WAGES..

How can HealthCare be implimented without raising WAGES ?..It CANT !     Seems like the FED is trying to KILL HealthCare !  by making it too expensive for average workers !    The FED is the real impediment to implimenting HealthCare.   So they have finally shown their Hand !
