Loading ...against Small business by putting Healthcare Costs on them..They cant possible recover those costs from a cup of coffee or a Donut shop .Yet they employ more employees ,,thats an unfair advantage to big monopoly business to attract better grade employees .All the small business can do is reduce overtime and cut out full time employees to avoid the costs .How is that going to cut unemployment ? The idea is to boost employment ..stop raising the COST to small business .Bribery and corruption from big business keeps this discrimination going against small business. .
