When Obama had those ‘Secret’ meetings at the White House with Yellen. Keep the markets up during the election, and afterwards as part of my legacy. He can tout how unemployment was drastically cut under his administration, and how well the economy did reaching new all time highs in the markets. Course, we are to overlook the doubling of the national debt under his regime. And yeah, leave the mess of his financial misdoings for Trump to deal with. It looks like a disaster for Trump to me, however, every  crisis is an opportunity. Hoping Trump will skip with the economic BS, and get down to business restoring a healthy and more sustainable path for our futures. Tough job, but I think he is the man to do it.

Does your state have more takers than makers? Check it out.

California has a powerful economy, with 14 million private-sector jobs. It also has burdens: welfare recipients (12.6 million), generously paid government employees (2.1 million) and people collecting government pensions (1.3 million).

Add up the numbers. There are 114 clients drawing from the government for every 100 people chipping in by working outside the government and paying taxes. We’re calling this the Feedme Ratio. Six states have a number over 100.

These states are at risk of going into a downward spiral in the next recession. The burdens will remain but too many of the providers—employers in the private sector—might shrink or decamp….

• New Mexico – 148 dependents per 100 private sector workers

• West Virginia – 116 dependents per 100 private sector workers

• California – 114 dependents per 100 private sector workers

• Mississippi – 111 dependents per 100 private sector workers

• New York – 108 dependents per 100 private sector workers

• Arkansas – 103 dependents per 100 private sector workers

If these fixed markets and unbelievable news articles continue>>>>

This is what will happen:

Personally , I wish Yellen had raised by as much as a full 1% , once and done

Posted by Alex Valdor @ 11:32 on December 15, 2016

Then it would be obvious that she was out to scuttle the (overblown) SM for Trump . The crash would be sooner , Trump could pull the old ‘it was Bush’s fault’ mantra , substituting Obama’s name for Bush’s , and could rightfully claim that doubling the nations debt in eight years did NOTHING for the real economy . As the SM cratered , we goldbugs would benefit immensely from the flight to safety , and the economy could start to grow again based on the reality of Trump’s pledge to rein in the job killers .

This death by a million cuts (two more 25 BP rate hikes in 2017 ?) Yellen has started will make it look like the eventual crash when it comes will be Trump’s fault .

About 16 for me. I guess 10 or so for us. The early years were great. Lots of money made on the run from $300 to $1900 with some back and filling of course. Since then … it’s been one giant *hit show with a few bright times.

Plenty discouraged at this point but I’ll continue to hang. Stubborn, stupid or smart the Giant Wheel keeps on turning and will reveal all.

On another note … I’ll sure be glad when Trump is sworn in. All these electoral shenanigans make me nervous.

Re Dems

I reckon this so called Hacking scandal, is all being run by Hellary…she just won’t let go and is totally out of control and has called in all her mates for one last push.

Today NBC is saying Vlad personally oversaw the Hacking, because he hates Hellary with a vengeance and again there is no factual info, just supposition to back the story…..notice how the story is being fed daily, a classic Clinton tactic.

She needs locking up fast, or Trump/the US/World will have no peace, she has clearly gone totally insane.

How long have we been doing this together? 10 years?

This is not going to change until the paper markets go away and that’s probably never.

So 3 more rate hikes next year. We get to go through this process every 4 months.

Assuming I don’t throw in the towel. I did one smart thing yesterday. I dumped my GPL before the Fed. Should have dumped everything. This stuff cannot be held.

Phew !!!!

Last nights SM close had me worried, glad to see all is back to normal.

SM and Dollar bid, PM’s crushed…

Cynicism aside, no way does Trump restore manufacturing, with Dollar roofing it every day. Scum had better work on that.

The Democratic Party has become everything that it once loathed: elitist, globalist, interventionist, self-serving, warmongering and overflowing with hubris.

To avoid looking at their reflection honestly, humans project their own failures and destructive traits onto others, blaming others for their own faults. They justify their self-serving actions, and deny responsibility for their clearly self-destructive behaviors.

This describes the Democratic Party elites to a T. It’s all Trump’s fault, or the Russian hackers, or the “deplorables”–anyone but themselves.

Are You “Living In A Death Spiral”? These 6 States Will Collapse During The Next Recession

snip

Tom Chatham warns about the abrupt change that is coming home to roost in America. Things can get really bad, really quick.

But really, most of us don’t know how bad it will get:

Americans that have only known the post WWII prosperity are ill equipped and educated to deal with depression level living. Easy credit and instant gratification have created a nation of whining, self absorbed, entitlement minded people with no moral or mental toughness.

Doug Casey believes we are headed for what he calls a super depression created by the ending of a debt super cycle. The bigger the debt cycle the bigger the depression that follows. That’s how reality works and most people are not prepared for reality.

When this depression, which has already started, gets momentum, it will overwhelm the plans of a society that is expecting to get things like social security, pensions and payouts from retirement plans they have paid into for many years. All of those things will disappear almost overnight and leave society gasping and stupefied over what to do.

ORLANDO (CBSMiami/AP) — A group of information technology workers laid off by Walt Disney Parks and Resorts claims they were victims of discrimination.

The say they were forced to train their replacements from India before they were fired.

On Monday, the 30 former IT workers filed a suit against the company in an Orlando federal court. They’re seeking punitive damages.

The lawsuit contends that 250 IT workers in Florida were told they would need to train their replacements before they were fired at the end of 2014. Each replacement worker was of Indian origin, and was either brought from overseas or working outside the United States, according to the lawsuit.
