It bothered me that they were so bullish at the highs, so this capitulation is as good a contrarian indicator as you are likely to get. Buy with both hands!
Always thought CNBC was a mouthpiece for the controllers of Financial Markets ( except for a few players, Rick Santelli, Joe Kernan).
