Yeah interesting but not funny. Rice planting will start in June the beginning of the monsoon season for rice. Making use of all that rain. If they need it and don’t get it a lot of people are going to starve unless China can capitalize off it if they grow it, for a cost I’m sure the poor might not be able to afford. India is just one farming area and one component of fertilizer globally but a big one with a large population. I hope they are preparing just in case.
