But it won’t be as efficient as higher rates. Little Boy was 80%.
The puzzle is that Manhattan only needed four years to make a bomb starting completely from scratch. Iran’s program started in 1957, so even with all the on/offs of the program, revolution, sanctions, inspections etc. they should be way ahead of what is claimed. Enrichment isn’t rocket science, just long, tedious running of centrifuges.

that’s much higher than needed in power plants.
Iran’s Enriched Uranium Stockpile
Current Status
Iran possesses a significant stockpile of enriched uranium, specifically:
Total Amount: 972 pounds (440.9 kilograms) of uranium enriched to 60% purity.
Potential for Weaponization: This level of enrichment is a short technical step from weapons-grade levels of 90%.
Implications
The enriched uranium stockpile could enable Iran to potentially construct up to 10 nuclear bombs if it decides to pursue weaponization. This situation raises concerns among international observers regarding nuclear proliferation and regional security.

Forgot to mention though they might be focused on a conventional air strike when it could be entirely something else. They “military” probably do know I hope but the media or what they tell us doesn’t.

That’s a interesting point but since I don’t need to know too much because it’s not in my field of job description I don’t focus on the details. So I kinda looked it up. The mountains are strategic protecting the facilities from bombing. So with tunnels scientists could travel underground and don’t even know where they go or building somewhere else while Isreal and US focused on what they do know it’s possible. I don’t know how far those satellites can go.
- laboratory-level work could be conducted clandestinely. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8]
Detection and Countermeasures
- Intelligence Monitoring: U.S. and Israeli intelligence agencies utilize high-resolution satellite imagery to track new tunnel entrances, ventilation shafts, and the movement of specialized personnel.
- Bunker-Buster Limits: Most conventional bunker-busters, like the GBU-57, can only penetrate a few dozen meters of hard rock. Facilities buried hundreds of meters deep under granite, such as the Yazd fortress, are largely immune to current conventional air strikes. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Thousands of centrifuges, running for years, involving tens of thousands of people. You can’t keep it secret. So IF they have a programme, Israel and the US (and anyone else interested) would know about it. It’s not a Breaking Bad operation.
If they didn’t have it, there wouldn’t have been any point to the war. Ah, unless the point of the war is totally unrelated to military objectives; such as economic objectives that can be obtained by restricting the supply of oil, natural gas (especially), helium, aluminium, water etc. to China, foreign chip manufacturers, India, Europe, while at the same time boosting Russia’s economy with higher prices of all of the above. And weakening European and Asian economies en masse. MAGA upsized.

It means they have a lot of hiding places. I’d like to know if that’s indeed Noah’s Arch in one of them.

“nuclear war” Yep could happen. Probably easier than we’d like to think.
I think Iran is very mountainous but I’m not sure what you’re relating that to?

Plus don’t they have a lot of mountains in Iran and neighboring countries?

The poll, how do they know at this point after so many yrs and building enemies they are even building these nukes in their country. For all we know they could be building them somewhere else in some compact form that they could just drive into Israel’s capital or somewhere else with lax borders and not only nuke them but affect the neighboring countries then go from there plus retaliation and starting WW111 and civilization as we know it is finished.

Those laws were originally meant to protect paying tenants from being ripped off. Where they rent a place or room and the renter pulls a scam and gets their money and don’t hold their end of the agreement or changes their mind and doesn’t give them their money back because it was a scam or renter says they’re going to have to wait a few days because some problem came up or they’ll willingly move out and were honest so they unlawfully sneak in a steal their property and hold it hostage if they were only a few days late. Or steals from them in some form and goes into their place of room when they’re not there and snoops around takes stuff from them. So they made laws to protect renter from unscrupulous and scams usually to young people who don’t know the scams out there or their rights yet just that it’s wrong, elder or disabled.
So now the reverse they need to make laws to protect renters from creeps like that who are breaking and entering, trespassing stop paying once they get in or become a threat.

Estibaliz Kortazar, a far-left Spanish activist, did what good comrades do, she opened her home to a North African migrant.
Once he got what he wanted, the man started sexually harassing her, insulting her, and beating her. Then he threw her out, changed the locks, and took over the house.
She called the police for help. Their response? “We can’t do anything without a court order.”
Now she’s sleeping at relatives’ houses, seeing a psychologist after a nervous breakdown, and has launched a petition to fast-track the legal process and get her home back.

It’s also more money to him and his cronies syndicate as he taxes the gas people need to get to work.
Mean while for awhile now Typhus has returned from before antibiotics as it can be spread hand to hand mouth thing. What they never mention is all the homeless in Los Angeles and piles of trash bringing in rats who carry it via fleas infecting other animals including domestic cats who chase and kill them as well as lack of toilets and hand washing to homeless. It just appears by itself ya know.
