Assuming he is talking about price inflation, he is patently wrong. Even DJT disagrees with him, which is why he is removing tariffs on beef, because it will reduce prices by 25%. It’s not the monetary value of the tariff that increases prices, but the supply shortage that pushes the prices up. Somehow DJT seemed to think that imposing beef tariffs would double the US herd overnight. Just wait to see how much lumber prices will skyrocket with new tariffs on Canada.

The phrase is “the longest time an aircraft carrier has gone without a port of call in modern history”, leaving plenty of scope for any other type of ship in modern history, and aircraft carriers earlier than whatever is modern.

Stress is coming from importing too many imports, causing lagging profits and wages and or just increasing poverty.  And the upper level poor people are feeding them poison via psychology

🇮🇱🇹🇷🇸🇾⚡️ Israel must stop Turkey’s military expansion before Turkish forces are able to establish themselves close to Israel’s borders, a senior Israeli intelligence official has warned as tensions between Jerusalem and Ankara over Syria continue to escalate.

Speaking to The Jerusalem Post, the official warned that unless Israel establishes clear red lines in Syria and the eastern Mediterranean, Turkish military and naval forces could continue expanding their presence toward Israel. He cautioned that Israel could eventually face a scenario in which Turkish tanks are positioned near the Golan Heights and Turkish frigates operate off the coast of Caesarea.

The warning reflects a growing concern within Israel that Turkey’s expanding influence in Syria could eventually become a direct strategic constraint on Israeli freedom of action. Recent Israeli strikes against military infrastructure in Syria therefore appear intended not only to limit Damascus’ capabilities, but also to signal that Jerusalem will resist any permanent Turkish military deployment it considers threatening. The emerging rivalry increasingly makes Syria one of the most sensitive potential flashpoints between Israel and Turkey.

Wow isn’t that something. It was 53 yrs for me to counting back when I started in high school and worked as a nursing assistant after school with geriatrics. Very understaffed then. I was even giving out medications left for me with cards next to them. Got to know many born in the 1800s. That’s when I decided things have got to change, for the better and some how got chosen over hundreds admitted in nursing school as a teen. They said they chose the ones most likely to make it through I retired when the time to get vaccinated with Covid shot was up. I warned them though,  giving them time to prepare. The CMT was getting worse. Charcot Marie Tooth. They have different types. Apparently mine was late stage, symptoms started later in life. I started tripping walking down the halls. One of the head doctors told me before I left to find a good doctor and stick with them. I asked is it getting that bad, he said yes. I don’t know if things like Covid had something to do with it or not but he seemed very concerned at the time. I could no longer work after retiring anyways after a bad trip to Florida 32 hrs to get there near the same getting back during Covid because over doing things without rest causes even more nerve damage,  even if I wanted to. That’s great your working in a clinic, there’s so many people who slip through the cracks who need help.

Hope your family has an enjoyable time here. Do you still work as a nurse? I retired last yr after 53 yrs of nursing. I now volunteer at a free medical clinic. I truly enjoy it.
