Did you ever get a traffic ticket ?

When you sign it ,the fine print says you waive your rights ..unless you say and indicate on the ticket “without prejudice” or all rights reserved .This means that if you disagree with the issuence of the ticket ,you can plead your case before the judge!.If you don’t reserve your rights the judge may say “you already pleaded guilty when you signed the ticket” .You may sign it and still reserve your rights.Do not waive your rights,it means you admit guilt .
Nothing wrong with reserving your rights, you may want to explain some extenuating circumstances.
