This one happened a bit early in the cycle which, in itself is telling but, alone not definitive enough to declare a whiplash move. A whiplash indicates that the major trend will reassert itself shortly. In this case the trend is still down. Next we move to occilators, which should be customized. Any major reverse move that occurs between overbought and oversold should be ignored…the major trend is still in play. Weeks to go yet.
