Anyways they’re saying the unemployment numbers are down but the reason for that is because they’re hiring less so firing less if they don’t need them anymore or trying out new people to see if they work out or not is not happening as much.
That will put pressure on the remaining staff to have to work harder because they are short handed or take on tasks that are not their job description or both. On the employers agenda is what your watching out for but see they are slave drivers for more profit for themselves at the expense of others making the money for them. They try to argue that’s not slavery where you’re not getting paid. As far as Trump putting tariffs on countries using slave labor for lower wages competing with countries with fair pay. As we know that will depend on the company’s because they can do the same thing here. If they are doing the work of one in a half or two people and only getting paid for one then they are slave driving making them do the work of two for free for the employers personal profit. Same for forcing them to work OT and not paying them OT. It’s slave driving and a hostile working environment to force them into overtime when they already put on a full day and are tired and need to rest. That’s when work injuries or causing risks of accidents to happen. The employee has a right to say they are too tired without harassment or retaliation because of the companies fault unless they’re slaves of course which is illegal. The companies will also not take responsibility for any accidents in or out like auto accidents from over tired employees. They are creating a unsafe working environment not to mention causing problems in their personal lives.
These type of people never learn because they will lose these people soon as their able to get out of there.
