Pretty good explanation of what El Nino will do in each continent and why the east coast will see less hurricane. That it doesn’t cause heat it moves it.

East Coast will get less extreme weather events but it will switch places with the West coast. West coast South America can see hurricane risk in.Mexico  and flooding in US. North of America can see droughts all the way to BC and forest fire risks so have to teach campers to make sure any fires are out before they leave and should anyway. Australia too will be dryer with drought risks.
