Thanks I’ll watch it later. I think most who wanted to sell sold before the interest rate changed. Many left the state mostly to Texas and Florida that I know of including some cops who wanted nothing to do with open crime, suppression of citizens rights over Covid and the mandatory jab. Now we got a bunch of people who bought at the high.
