Dollar still sliding on this Monday am

Metals are flat, but at least not down! 🙂 Yet

Oil is down $1.15. SM is flat. 10 yr. down 2 bips to 3.8%

So, the outside factors, rates and the USD are favorable.

Whether pm’s seize the moment is anyone’s guess.
