07:39 AM EST, 12/11/2019 (MT Newswires) — Mining company McEwen Mining (MUX.TO) said Wednesday that drilling conducted for the first time at the west zone of its Stock property near Timmins returned gold mineralization.
Results include 5.6 gram per tonne gold (g/t Au) over 30 meters, including 9.1 g/t Au over 13 meters.
“Ongoing drilling with five rigs continues to deliver strong results and the mineralization is open,” said Sylvain Guerard, senior vice president of exploration.
