Loading ...This Dollar chart shows a much higher Dollar from five years ago, from 80 to the 100 area. Note the manual abruptly high dollar adjustment in mid 2014.

This Gold chart below shows Gold at the same price as five years ago. Gold had no net loss over 5 years even with a higher dollar. Suggesting Gold would be a lot higher today if the Dollar was not so high.
Note the inverse Gold drop after the dollar was adjusted up in 2014. Also note Gold’s correction and rock bottom in late 2015 early 2016. Recovering with a higher dollar.
