Loading ...I swore off winter 40 years ago. I have had a couple whiplash injuries from car accidents many years ago. Last neck Xray the Doc showed me he called ‘degenerative arthritis’. Discs are very thin and bones near to clashing. I’ve been taking many supplements to help build up joint cartilage and it has helped with the worst of it. Limited motion range now. It is fabulously sensitive to weather… low pressure and cold.
When I was young I used to laugh about old farts who could predict the weather by how their bones ache. Now I AM ONE !
