I have no doubt that they have labor shortages in Nevada. I am 4 hours from Elko, NV. and we have major shortages in our business.
The younger generation just doesn’t want to use their hands and backs to do real work despite the usually great pay.
We could easily hire another 50 welders and install mechanics but they are not available. I could double the size of our company if we had the available manpower.
Course, labor shortages and lack of production should be decreasing supply and pushing prices higher but the paper traders own the game for now…

Eric Coffin, Hard Rock Analyst, was just on Michael Campbell’s MoneyTalks
radio show, and he was very upbeat about Westhaven (WHN on the Canadian Venture Exchange). Westhaven has interests on the ground in the Spences Bridge gold belt. I do not yet own any shares in Westhaven but after hearing Coffin I am leaning that way. Maybe the interior B.C. posters (silverngold, macroman) are on top of the Westhaven prospects.

MUX & McEwen I listened to the mux call and McEwen comments on Mexico
were tame but he’s ready to get out of Mexico and use the money on Los Azules. That AISC is pushing a $1000. Labor shortages in Nevada causing problems. As much as I respect McEwen I’m going to wait until late March but there are better opportunities with a lower ASIC. I’m not sure about giving up the chance of a big reward from the copper project but time is money and some these smaller royalty companies will outperform mux this year for sure.
