Yeah, poor me… 53

I swore off winter 40 years ago.  I have had a couple whiplash injuries from car accidents many years ago.  Last neck Xray the Doc showed me he called ‘degenerative arthritis’.  Discs are very thin and bones near to clashing.  I’ve been taking many supplements to help build up joint cartilage and it has helped with the worst of it.  Limited motion range now.  It is fabulously sensitive to weather… low pressure and cold.

When I was young I used to laugh about old farts who could predict the weather by how their bones ache.   Now I AM ONE !

Oh poor Maya Lol 53

Yea that drop can be a shocker sometimes.
We get that in Calif but it drops lower.
Vita A and D can help plus massaging your neck with some massager helps loosen up calcium deposits. I studied to be a masseuse once in the late 70s for something else to learn and to make extra money trying to go back to college again.
You want to massage next to your spine not on it. It was faster money than nursing at that time and good to learn for rehab. Must hurt pretty bad or be annoying if you need all that. Did you have a injury?
