Mr. Copper is right.  I’ve never believed the ‘Russian Hacker’ story.  As I’ve said here before, I personally know some of our ‘white hat’ cyber guys, one of whom used to work with Ed Snowden.  Can’t get them to talk elaborately, but they agree:   “Things are not as you are told”.
