I figured the chastisement for not voting would come…

Despite being a ‘Democratic Machine’ state going way back to the minority immigrants at statehood in the late 1950s, Hawaii has one of the lowest voter turnouts in the country.  Part of it is the perception that ‘it does no good’ because the mainland has already determined the outcome while the polls are still open here.  We are six hours behind the East Coast USA and in the past, some eastern states were already releasing tabulations while the Hawaii polls were still open.  It so incensed the polits here that they got a law passed prohibiting the mainland from releasing ANY polling data until ALL polls in the country (read: Hawaii) have closed.

But that doesn’t stop the news networks from projecting winners early.  People here look at the news and say ‘why vote’?  The outcome has already been determined.  Hawaii population is just over a million.  In a nation of 325 million, we are less than one-third of one percent.  Even if the election was NOT fraud-ridden, it would still do no good.

I will enjoy my bunker, thank you, assuming I get there before the world as we know it goes nuclear toast.

FYI Trump On Fox News, Some kind of a NY “roast” Dinner Hillary there too.

Windows 10 help Cortana

Waste of time,. OK, so maybe I’m edgy today or simply having an off day. What I did I don’t know. System restore was of no help. S0, I called  HP assistance. Lousy connection  with a very heavy Indian accent to boot. Pure agony but, I struggled thru it. Can’t see the text size even with reading glasses. The final answer??? Control key plus or minus. To get to that simple answer was about as bad as a root canal. I typed into Cortana dozens of times to no avail.

RIGGING, aufever, maya

Posted by goldcountry @ 20:46 on October 20, 2016

Aufever, I don’t believe Trump is naive or in any way “new” to “seeking the real truth.” On the issue of rigging, there are many ways to rig an election. The media rigs it by being biased, by not covering the issues, and by spreading outright lies. The party operatives rig it by molding voter perceptions of Trump supporters, by inciting violence and so forth. Immigrants are rushed across the border to vote, buss loads of voters are driven to where they can vote numerous times, dead people vote. All of these methods are important and Trump has mentioned them all.

Yes the machines can be programmed, but the degree of fudging that can be done without detection is not huge, and that’s why they also have to use all of their dirty tricks, so that electronic fudging is believable. Look at Brexit. I think one has to be naive to think they didn’t try to rig it. They just couldn’t rig it enough in the face of an overwhelming landslide.

That’s why Trumpers have to turn out at the polls!!

For Trump to dwell on electronic vote rigging at this point would really make it seem like he’s whining, (which he’s already been accused of) but he is certainly aware. He has teams of lawyers and cyber-security guys monitoring and ready to act if irregularities happen, teams that know how to proceed.

And Maya, gotta say I’m disappointed you’re not voting. Here for once we FINALLY have a candidate willing and able to take on the New World Order, (with the proof that its nefarious agents are united and coming at him from all directions, and burning down the house in the process), and you’re not going to vote because you “determined it did no good.” The fat lady has NOT sung yet. She’s not even in the lobby yet. Enjoy your bunker.

Posted by Farmboy @ 19:34 on October 20, 2016

it is forced, not real. And very, very practiced.  A result of training, to coverup her nervousness and guilt. Kinda reminds me of an old joke.

Seems there was a treasure ship on its way back to port.  About
halfway there, it was approached by a pirate, skull and crossbones waving
in the breeze!

“Captain, captain, what do we do?” asked the first mate.

“First mate,” said the captain, “go to my cabin, open my sea
chest, and bring me my red shirt.”  The first mate did so.

Wearing his bright red shirt, the captain exhorted his crew to
fight.  So inspiring was he, in fact, that the pirate ship was repelled
without casualties.

A few days later, the ship was again approached, this time by two
pirate sloops!

“Captain, captain, what should we do?”

“First mate, bring me my red shirt!”

The crew, emboldened by their fearless captain, fought heroically, and
managed to defeat both boarding parties, though they took many
casualties.  That night, the survivors had a great celebration.  The
first mate asked the captain the secret of his bright red shirt.

“It’s simple, first mate.  If I am wounded, the blood does not
show, and the crew continues to fight without fear.”

A week passed, and they were nearing their home port, when
suddenly the lookout cried that ten ships of the enemy’s armada were
approaching!

“Captain, captain, we’re in terrible trouble, what do we do?”
The first mate looked expectantly at the miracle worker.

Pale with fear, the captain commanded, “First mate…. bring me my
brown pants!”

Republican Donald Trump now has a three-point lead nationally in the latest White House Watch survey.

The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Thursday

It’s too early to measure the impact of last night’s final presidential debate, but Republican Donald Trump now has a three-point lead nationally in the latest White House Watch survey.

Just 24% of voters, however, say they’ve changed the way they were going to vote after watching the debates between presidential candidates.

Most voters continue to have unfavorable opinions of the two major party candidates for president.

Nearly half of all voters still say their choice this presidential election will be the lesser of two evils, although Trump supporters feel that way more strongly than Clinton voters do. Fortunately for both major party candidates who have been beset with questions about their honesty, most voters put their policy positions ahead of their character.

Democrats, however, are nearly twice as likely as Republicans to think their presidential nominee will help congressional candidates in their party.

(More below)Trump is calling for term limits for members of Congress. Voters have strongly supported limiting congressional terms in surveys for years.

Just 17% of GOP voters believe the job Republicans have done in Congress will help Trump’s bid for the presidency. That compares to 48% of Democratic voters who say Democrats’ performance in Congress will help Clinton.

eeos @ 15:59 Nuke targets

Posted by Maya @ 18:40 on October 20, 2016

There is only ONE nuke target I concern myself with… the local one at Pearl Harbor.  And there are infantry and marine bases on Oahu also.  I’m here until about the end of the year before I get my stuff trans-shipped to the Big Island.  The volcano ranch is 250 miles from Pearl Harbor, with a couple 14,000 ft. volcano ‘blast shields’ on that island.

I have a good friend who is a computer security contractor for the DOD here.  He used to work with Ed Snowden here.  He lives in a townhouse in the Ewa plains next to Pearl Harbor.  Lots he cannot talk about, but He’s frantically trying to buy a house on a hillside around the mountain to get a blast shield between him and Pearl.

EVERYONE should read George Ure’s ‘Urban Survival’ today!  He lays out some scary scenarios that it would be to Putin’s advantage to beat back the ‘regime changers’ at election time… or shortly thereafter.  There could be ‘plausible denial’ things like earthquake triggers or tsunamis to damage the US.  The most efficient, of course, would be an EMP to take out the electric grid, but that would result in instant retaliation, and a continued nuclear exchange.  Who knows how many targets are pre-programmed into the defense system, or how far it will go before it stops??

Putin is not messing around.  The Russian fleet is heading for Syria, and they have no qualms against using it!

Why doesn’t Trump talk what he means

Posted by eeos @ 17:05 on October 20, 2016

I’d love to know his stance on many issues. Generally I trust his decision making capabilities any day over Billery. It feels like this is the last chance for some type of a recovery without crashing the plane into the ground. I love how Trump forces issues like the national debt, all while Hillary spins it and wants to talk about deficits. Why do democrats always defer to deficit spending. I think it’s a slight of hand. Used as a slide to glaze people over. I think we’re screwed as a country and she’s our next president.

Trump, rigged elections

Posted by aufever @ 16:46 on October 20, 2016

I believe that, in many ways, Trump’s heart is in the right place. And he appears to not be in favor of the NWO. Two points in his favor. Certainly he has some ideas/plans that I don’t agree with, but far fewer than with Hitlery.

Unfortunately sometimes he hears about a problem, but does not understand the real issue. Such as the possibility of a “rigged” election. He is correct to be concerned. But the biggest risk, in my opinion, is from voting machines and/or tabulators programmed fraudulently, not from how many dead people vote. He is correct to raise the issue, but he doesn’t know or doesn’t speak about the real problem. It’s like he is new to the path of seeking the real truth.

Similarly, I believe he was right to question the validity of the current occupant of the white house regarding where he was born. That person produced a birth certificate PDF which, from articles and demonstrations that I saw, was a fraud. He may have a legitimate certificate of birth in the U.S., but it has not yet been produced publicly. Unfortunately Mr. Trump did not hear about this, or decided to not raise this aspect of the document, and now is being ridiculed for even raising the {legitimate} issue in the first place.

For me, it is amazing to hear the candidate for president of one of the 2 ‘major’ parties saying some of the things that he says. I hope that I am not overly optimistic, but I think he has a very real chance. We will find out soon if the majority here in the U.S. are truly disgusted with the status quo.

Trump does concern me with his talk of “law and order”, and rebuilding the military. The police have too much power now, and we have been spending exorbitant amounts on the military for decades. Hopefully he is looking more at efficiency, than spending more.

I really hope that his heart IS in the right place, and if elected he will hear the people that he really should listen to. If that woman gets elected, …. well, I don’t even want to think about what a hell that would be.

Australian, Canadian and S/Africa currency

Posted by Gold_Titan1 @ 16:45 on October 20, 2016

Good afternoon Oasis,

The above currencies vary the most in any given day, around 1%, that is a large amount compare to other currencies. Is it due to smaller economies , currency manipulation , they are the 3 largest world gold producers.Just wonder what the reason might be.
