Back in the 60’s I watched a scam run by Meshelum Riklis run that on dozens of companies ..in every case they were left with a BUNCH of DEBT ..
The first thing he did was give himself a BIG SALARY of millions because he was going to save them ..justifing it with the Story that he was Smart and had the KNOW HOW that could rescue them ..”Pay me and youll see how smart I am…” ..The only thing he was smart about was HIS big FAT SALARY ….very similar to Robert Rubin taking 100 million in SALARY from CITI …..Loaded them up with BONDS DEBT,IOU’s and PAPER of all kind even while they were struggling ..both of these guys were justifing putting the Final NAIL in the Corporate Coffiin because they were were the only guys Smart enough to save them ….ALL they did was finish them off with the final bullet in the head…
