I saw this on TV as I watched people’s shrieks and cover their mouths as to stay stop this madness. A guy came up at a auction held up a 20 dollar bill encased in plastic. A ordinary 20 dollar bill, nothing special about it. He announce that the highest bidder wins but the second bidder must also pay what ever his last bid was as well and ” not ” win the 20 dollars. He started the bid at one dollar. A lot of people started bidding, after all getting a 20 dollar bill for 1-2-3-4-5 dollars was a pretty good risk reward. Then the bids kept going higher and higher till there was 2 bidders left. 18 now the other guy thinking if the other wins the bid he’ll be stuck paying 17 for nothing. 19 he says, the other thinking the same 20 he says, 2- the other says 22 the other said , 23 both sweating it at that pont. Both lost in the end. One more than the other. The winner was the guy who sold the 20 dollar bill for more than the cost. Part ego who one didn’t want the other to win they said, part not wanting to get out at a loss. Sound familiar in trading? Could happen in opposit direction. Now if you asked these people would you pay 23-4 dollars for 20 in return thes say heck no but they did during this bidding.

Samb then guess got the names mixed up. I don’t see anything wrong with him calling something how he sees it. But then as you know I am not too vulnerable to those things although as far as stocks was once when I thought some people knew more than me about direction till I learned they weren’t. The ones you have to worry about are the ones who are trying to sell you something and draw others in when their wrong not individual investors personal opinion. You might not be interested in what others say but some might be of for anything comparisons. Part of group think for instance comes in safety in numbers and why most are too afraid to be the Devils advocate ” stand and say they disagree” for fear their own survival. That can change thoughts of people who other wise might question something or see it differently but then go along with propaganda o that has formed a group or sometime gang like. A individual opinion is their opinion. so if you can see that you can see that a personal opinion shouldn’t bother you unless it’s in malice to hurt someone or something or a agenda for manipulation or personal gain like Starbucks or Nestley or these creatures like Bopo or whoever.he never came out accused others tgsir wrong he’s right nor personally attacked anyone for it manipulation games that people can fall into. Although if they do IMO because they think they can profit from it that’s there problem, otherwise just a personal opinion.

In the US when a pilot leaves the cockpit another member of the crew is mandated to enter the cockpit until the other pilot returns. This isn’t the case in Germany. Seems like a sensible precaution to me against sudden health problems or whatever.
