Meyronne and Mankota in SW Saskatchewan, enroute to Grasslands National Park in the Val Marie area. Mrs. Equiz and I enjoyed exploring the open spaces in this headwater area of the Mississippi watershed.
The attached view shows a part of the Frenchman River valley. Interesting countryside, with an interesting history. Cheers.

I am spending the summer on a horse ranch in south west CO. There are plenty of rabbits here so Bugsy is having a ball chasing them. It is so darn funny watching him go after a rabbit, little legs going ninety miles an hour but not covering much ground !! He always comes back with a big chessycat grin on his face. Got to Luv it .
Good to hear your garden is doing good. Good tomatoes in this part of the country haven’t started coming off yet. Sure will be glad when they do, am really tired of picking up a good looking tomato in the store only to find out it tastes like cardboard.

Even though I haven’t posted in a koons age I want to thank the Tent for not forgetting me. I have been so disgusted with everything that has been happening in the last couple of years that I have just sort of closed down. Seems that I used to be concerned, now I am just amused. At least that is the attitude that I have tried to adjust to. Makes life simpler and the blood pressure lower. All in all life is still good, I am trying to enjoy it as long as I can.
I think this new site will do just fine with a lot of the old posters showing up.
