I have to agree with you there. Synthetic diamonds are killing the industry. DeBeers is going to have to get into some growing industry or disappear entirely.
Was looking at some of the synthetic diamonds in settings recently. They are not all that cheap when set in precious metals, probably a real substitute for engagement rings etc. Maybe other gemstones will become more popular. Emerald engagement rings anyone?

And how long before commercially grown ones can imitate flaws such that it’s impossible to distinguish between them? Bye-bye de Beers. You won’t be able to monopolise diamond production!

Trump 2.0 has a whole different feel about it. I think his team makes a big difference, as well as “X” and his social media presence. The real truth and story is able to get out to the public instead of being suppressed by the MSM.

And it made no sense to me.
I saw that pm’s were up a little, but everything else except oil was down. (and TSLA) And I saw that the Aircoin was down 4%, after almost hitting $100K again yesterday. In fact, all the other air coins were down too. And then I looked again and saw that even the pm shares were up a little, and GDXJ was up over 1%
I also saw that rates were up another 3 bips as the dollar was flat. And I thought, “what kind of voodoo nonsense is this? Surely it can’t be true, and surely it won’t last long.”
