It went through here and the schools despite the mask mandate on the kids.
My grandson recuperated really fast but it took a few days with me to finally get free of that fatigue. Have to keep in mind though to keep up the ivermectin because that replication going on no matter how you feel, like a silent killer.
I was listening to one doctor from the Flccc who says he doesn’t bother with X rays and does cat scans which is good but then said he measures how much of the lungs affected. The more of the lungs are affected the less of a chance for survival. He also uses it to know how aggressive he has to be but at a certain point it can be bad news. He said they can start that inflammatory process even two weeks out which I’m not sure if he meant the second week after getting it which is normal or second week after the first two. I was a bit sick when watching it.
Regular places just do a protocol that doesn’t work.
Luckily if it’s omicron one data from Calif showed no one was put on a vent but one did die.
This might be a good thing if it doesn’t kill and make more of the population naturally immune.

And still the stupid tourists come in hordes.  Everyone wants to return to ‘normal’ and are sloppy in their self protections.  Two households in the family have been compromised by a simple visitor.  I told the sisters ‘TRUST NO ONE”.  Now two houses are covid clusters.  Brother and I are hunkered down, protecting Papa at home and letting no one near.  Still waiting for Omicron to ‘peak’ here, but so far it still looks like we are on the uphill rise.

Not a full ‘warning’.  We had 1 to 3 ft. harbor level oscillations most of the morning.  Our typical tides are 0-3 ft, so at high tide we had some minor edge flooding around the harbors.

That was a stunning satellite photo of the plume.  Yes, it was compared to looking like Hiroshima, but I doubt seriously it was a nuke.   Who would waste a nuke out there in the middle of the ocean.  The area is geologically active with faults and earthquakes.  Early reports from Tonga, 40 miles away said the sky was black and raining ash and pebbles.  They were expecting several centimeters of ash fall.   Then the internet went dead there.  Not surprising that it would interrupt satellite service.   Possible shoreline infrastructure damage also

Any guidance on how long to keep using it?  (Say, twice a day). If nasal passages tolerate it (it’s not very pleasant) any reason not to continue for another week or two as preventative (or to keep killing any “germs” that might be there)?  Or is it too hard on the nasal passages if you don’t really need it?  The antiseptic mouthwash/gargle is easy; no reason to stop that.

Well it certainly can’t hurt starting treatment if you have it or not.
I do kind of regret not dodging it again because of the fever fatigue and body aches. I only had two meals in three days.
That doesn’t help energy either. I ordered liquid food just in case and drank one today. If the aches and pains continue I’ll take some ibuprofen which should help now that the fever is gone pretty much.
I have the melatonin but with already having fatigue I didn’t take it.
They need drive through tests cuz I can’t imaging people not feeling well standing on long lines. People just won’t go.
My daughter has to be tested twice a week and she came out negative. She started the IVM and vitamins right away.

thanks for posting the symptom profiles for delta and omicron.

i think i may be over the hump and on the downhill slope of omicron.  at least the symptoms fit the profile.  i’ve been doing daily c, d3, and zinc plus a weekly ivm @25 mg for several months (a year?  i didn’t mark it on the calendar when i started).

when i started having symptoms (runny nose, sneezing, moderate sore throat headache, and fatigue) i doubled up on the c, d, and zinc and bumped the ivm up to 35mg daily.  i also took tylenol SEVERE cold & flu (1/4 the recco dosage level) for relief from the symptoms, and for the expectorant.

symptoms peaked third day, about on a level with a common cold, and are now (6th day) fading to level of mild discomfort and dropping.

did i have omicron?  who the hell knows (or cares)?  maybe the next scheduled checkup, i’ll ask the doc to run an antibody scan.
