Maybe try to replenish them or look for them in food but when trying to replenish them since there’s many you probably have to have a lot like a lot of bananas or watermelon but not all will be there less you expand your range of foods.
You can also buy coconut water.
Note too that your heart needs them. They need the electrolytes to the SA nodes etc to pump the heart.
Too much and only water is bad yes. Maybe look up water intoxication.
It can flush electrolytes out of your system especially sodium less your getting salt called hyponatremia, brain swelling where symptoms might be nausea vomiting but can kill you and so forth.
So try adding electrolytes or other fluids or juice besides plain water. She said she has orange juice so told her better than just plain water. She’s eating now so will get salt.
Look at the big sudden drops on Thursday and Friday along with very high volume knocking Gold down under $1800 both days and it popped back up. It sure looks suspicious. Knock it down with a big fake SELL order, cancel it and scoop up the discount? Now who would want to do something like that? LOL.

Are you saying she should just drink water, or that just drinking water is bad because it flushes electrolytes, or…? I ask because I have been drinking an awful lot of water just to stay hydrated, and also to keep my system flushing itself.
My daughters pretty sick wit Covid and bad headaches even vomited. She started the Ivermectin when I found out and got it to her after some convincing and said she’s feeling a little today but still extremely fatigued and tired of sleeping. Hopefully she’s in the mend here. I told her to stop drinks just water it will flush out electrolytes and can actually swell her brain but didn’t tell her that part yet after her headaches. I’m gonna send her some electrolytes today. She said she found out a friend of hers mother just died from it due to a blood clot. I don’t know if this person was vaccinated or not.
I know it doesn’t no matter what color it’s a emotional put down, negative and emotional abuse on these children. She’s also taking advantage of them and forcing them to be taken advantage of. This teacher was treating children like they were her prisoners.
Maybe someone should tell Garland to investigate teachers instead.

Years ago there was a man who figured out how to draw hydrogen from water to run a car. He could run a car on a liter or two of water. So it can be done. He went to dinner with some oil tycoons. Next thing you know he ran out of the restaurant saying he was poisoned and died. Nothing came of his last words. Nothing came of his water powered car after he died either.
Did you see the older collectible Chevy or GMC Pick up truck parked in the photo?? How did it end up in China? Imagine if they could make miniature nuclear power for cars and trucks?? An 8 ounce cup of fuel every ten years?
They should do more than fire that teacher. They should apologize to all the kids and tell them that teacher has problems was wrong and why and no longer there. Since they didn’t do anything but deny it they should get every parent with a child who was there to get a class action law suit against the school. They need to start suing the schools who do this. This is not activism which has no place in the school anyways it’s abuse.
One of my daughters got a teacher like that after the good teacher left for a illness and wasn’t too bright so I asked the school what this teacher grade point average was or did they check. Long story short few days later all parent pulled the kids out of the class and they were forced to fire him.
