On a different note, last week 2 of the biggest banks in China restricted some transactions in Gold. I’ve been thinking about that and firmly believe that China is playing the long game.
A financial war pitting Asian countries that firmly believe that physical Gold is the way of the future vs. the West that continues to play the ponzi, debt based games that continue to snowball down the hill. Even Warren Buffet hinted at the fact that our financial system is at great risk. Eighteen years ago in his annual letter, he stated, “Derivatives are dangerous. They have dramatically increased the leverage and risks in our financial system.”
The hubris of those pulling the financial strings in our country, knows no bounds.
