So I wanted a certain amount in a irrevokable trust but he tells me they don’t have a 5 yr look back here but didn’t mention they have a 2 5 year, and said you can have something like 21k. Well I have more than that and why I want some money in a irrevokable trust out of my name and cross my fingers for 2.5 yrs and my life insurance in the irrevocable part too because if it’s whole life they’ll go after that too. People need to think about protecting their assets yrs before because last minute changes won’t count in most states.
