Who bought all that silver?

Andy Schectman says 39 million ounces of silver stood for delivery from COMEX in a non-delivery month, then left the warehouse system. That is nearly 2.9 million pounds of physical silver. Who moved it? Who arranged the trucks, logistics, and insurance? And where did the metal go?
