Pratt drops into third place.
But the Chinese need the oil and gas for manufacturing.
Plastics and paints. Fertiliser. Textiles. All the stuff they make and export.
It’s the little island nations that are very vulnerable, and other developing countries that rely on Diesel generators.
Buygold, same here. Closed six refineries in the last 25 years. Only two left.
Silver bullet
Thanks, I’ll look into that. Alot of solar, water, coal?
We have oil but no refineries. How stupid are we?

The answer to wha China can sit back and eat popcorn and watch the events in Iran is in the fact Power generation for their power grid is dependent on oil For 1/10 of 1% of power generation…You’ll have to check it out for yourself because it’s a hard one For me to believe when I heard it…..
Isreal
Strikes back in Central Iran.

I hope I’m wrong about everything brother. I’d like to think Trump is trying to get out of this, but he can’t.
Did the Israeli’s provoke this? I guess that depends on who you ask.
“Iran may be picking up a million or two in tolls here and there but they are losing their ass because of all the oil they haven’t been able to sell.”
True, and it sounds like they dropped their demand to $24 Billion of the $100 billion we’ve had since the 70’s. But now they control the strait and have monetized it. Something they didn’t have before, and that’s not going away if this ends. While they can’t ship and are losing that revenue, they have the world’s oil markets by the scruds which applies pressure on the US and Israel to end this thing.
China and Russia seem content to sit back and watch with popcorn. You’d think China would be putting pressure on Iran because of the oil, but they aren’t Are we to understand that the loss of Venezuelan and Iranian oil isn’t hurting them?
How patient will the Israeli’s be? You know the answer to that.
Buygold
If Iran is launching 4 waves of ballistic missiles towards Israel then for sure the pressure is on for a wider war. Did Israel provoke this? Trump doesn’t want it to happen and may be butting heads with the Israelis. But how patient are they going to be?
Iran may be picking up a million or two in tolls here and there but they are losing their ass because of all the oil they haven’t been able to sell.
Hope you are wrong about the nuclear thing my friend. Desperate people do desperate things!
Glad to hear of all the Iranians in the streets. That would be great if they could rid their country of the Mullahs before it all gets blown up.

I don’t think their government wants to stop either and there are groups of Jewish not okay with this. There’s also many family members who didn’t get their pictures and videos back that were taken of got their phones back but the videos were erased of the last time their loved ones were alive.
That they were erasing any evidence they were killed by Israel forces and. captured or multi calls for help and not showing up hours before they died. Their safety is not a priority.
Disruptions to global energy supplies—especially if conflict threatens the Strait of Hormuz, where roughly 20% of the world’s oil transits—will cause a drastic spike in crude oil and retail gasoline prices. This will also drive up everyday costs for groceries, travel, and heating. Economists project that such supply shocks could push overall US inflation significantly higher.
To combat escalating wartime inflation, the Federal Reserve will likely be forced to maintain or even raise interest rates. This will directly impact consumers through higher borrowing costs for mortgages, auto loans, and credit cards.
As household budgets are stretched thin by high gas and utility bills, Americans will pull back on discretionary spending. This reduction in consumer spending—the primary engine of the US economy—will drag down overall Gross Domestic Product (GDP) growth.
The uncertainty surrounding a prolonged conflict will cause businesses to adopt a cautious “wait-and-see” approach. Companies will likely reduce investments, freeze hiring, or even lay off workers, which will increase the unemployment rate.
Beyond the economic impacts on civilians, the direct military costs will be immense, running into the billions of dollars per day and costing the US trillions of dollars in long-term spending. This massive surge in government spending will further balloon the national deficit.

Here’s the Hormuz post you referenced.

Inflation gets kicked in hi gear because of greed and is predictable especially coming from bankers and wall street scams. As long as laws aren’t put in place to prevent these scams like wall street buying up all the housing driving costs up despite rates, previous banking refi scams and loans without proof of income, open borders combined causing panic and Fomo it will continue to go from one extreme to the other.
At the Fork in the Road
Go left, raise interest rates, and our debt saturated economy gets obliterated, and we have a strong recession or a depression. Go right, cut rates, and inflation gets kicked into ultra high gear…….
I realize this has been mentioned quite often, but it seems like the volatile war situation has sped this process up, and it’s coming to fruition faster than anticipated.

Yes this computer tech is going to grow and grow as long as the left can’t shut down or extort the energy needed to go with it like Newscum did California. They want to turn it into Venezuela. Energy sources and mining will grow with it. It wouldnt hurt to have a robot around. If you fell down and can’t get back up. Teach them Kung Fu too so if they go for a walk they have a body guard. They have limitless learning but still in the beginning stages. I’m guessing the continuing services sector of tech like energy, communication will be consistent long in the future.
Well … Iran has chosen

I too am no Techie…..but have bought some Tesla, as that is now a Robotic Co and can see that the Boomers will need loads of Bots as they get really old, as will society in general…..the cost will shrink as Bots build Bots and profits will explode….
Most homes will have at least 1…and that is without industrial use, I hear the Chinese are mining coal with Bots run by people above ground, like they are gamers.

I don’t know my way around computer tech so can only share info and encourage those who do. Some think selling is getting the money to buy space X. Gen ipo will go way up then sell off then go from there depending on the stock.
This guy on this video really gets into it and how they will merge with each other.. Tesla, X and space X. That Tesla will get into AI robotics, things like that and gives potential companies he will need too knowing about these companies and what they do..
Elon apparently had a new money pay pal now X money. His own bank lol
This guy is really knowledgeable to those interested in not just x but all the suppliers including AI and robotics. Looks like these companies gonna need a lot metals and rare earths.
Some are saying that last weeks sell off in pretty much everything, is down to Space X
We had a badly over extended SM, that was always and is still vulnerable to any bad news and that Space X selling was enough to start the ball rolling…..with Gold and GDX taking out the 200 day Av’s……triggering selling as well…..off we went.
$ 1.5 Trillion is one hell of a lot of money to raise…..
Take note
Anyone thinking of buying the IPO
Only a small number of brokers are going to be allowed to sell it. The list of brokers are in this article. It may be different in every country. If they want to buy it they better check..
