Not much tungsten to be found and mined. Any thoughts?

Trump Administration Secures Deal with Kazakhstan for Tungsten
IER
As part of its program to diversify sourcing of strategic and critical minerals, the Trump Administration plans to help a U.S. company develop one of the world’s largest untapped tungsten deposits in Kazakhstan, a country bordered by Russia to the north and China to the east. China currently controls more than 80% of global tungsten production and processing and has restricted exports, prompting the United States to seek other sources. Demand for tungsten is expected to rise over the next decade, due to applications in defense, aerospace, semiconductors, industrial carbide, and advanced chip manufacturing. A policy deadline and a federal procurement rule that take effect on January 1, 2027, will bar tungsten sourced from China, Russia, Iran, and North Korea from a range of U.S. defense applications, forcing contractors to secure alternative supply chains. Kazakhstan is the world’s top producer of uranium and also contains significant deposits of rare earth elements.
All these migrants actually looking for work are gonna be disappointed. But I guess they’ll just give them welfare along with all the government jobs make things worse on the citizens.

Even Trump hasn’t been able to tame the pillagers, pirates and looters. He’s managed a couple of big things like the borders and some repatriations, and has put a few pinholes in the fraud issues (mainly due though, it must be said, to Nick Shirley) but he’s failed totally with the SAVE act and so when his term is up it’ll be back to the swamp controlling everything without any pushback. Where are the Epstein files? Why isn’t The Science and fifty of his henchmen and women in jail? What happened to DOGE? Why do you still have income tax and a rapidly increasing debt despite the tariffs? Because the pillagers and pirates are in firm control and are not giving up. Because big business is helping them, financing them, through the lobby system. Because your vote is worth squat.
“Well Doctor, what have we got, a republic or a monarchy?”
“A republic, if you can keep it.”
You were warned.
Two articles: the first sums up the problem beautifully, the second shows how you don’t have free speech either. Just try parading a cartoon through New York …..
Interesting. He talked about the miners and their gains in 2025. Then he said that those gains might be exceeded in 2026. Sounds like he’s expecting gold to reach $7k by year end?
It’s obvious what they’re doing and Trump had a easy solution. Ban admittance from those countries. Arrest and return illegals. Oh and because of repeat offenders if they’re caught here illegally there goes their chance of ever coming in legally.
Tens or hundreds of thousands of unarmed ‘migrants’ swarming the beaches. No western government is going to call it an invasion and open fire on them, especially the socialist country-destroyers now in power almost everywhere. Nor will they let them starve. I bet the security is being tightened at Gibraltar though.
aufever, I’ve long had a distaste for bits of paper that confer authority. They can almost always be twisted out of their original context to suit people’s wants, or used to obtain power. The Australian constitution is worthless, trampled on by the courts and govt as it suits them. Britain doesn’t have a constitution. You can love your piece of paper all you like, but it really isn’t helping the country to be in a happy place, is it? Everyone ignores it when they like, hiding behind their party’s power. Want to declare war on Iran? Can’t do it without the constitutional authority of Congress, so let’s just not call it a war and bomb the hell out of them anyway. And so on.
