And while the Chinese guy is probably correct in the legal stuff he is laying out (we have similar rules in Oz, not sure about safe purchases but it wouldn’t surprise me), he is either a complete idiot or working for the IRS, FINCEN or whoever as he wants you to disclose your holdings, safe purchases etc. in the comments section.
